YLightingmissing products


I ordered four lighting fixtures from YLighting. Only one was in the box. Our contractor didn't open it until after the official deadline to report missing or damaged items, but he photographed the packaging and it was obvious that four lights couldn't possibly fit, even thought the packing label said they were all included. They were worth almost $1, 000. I called and e-mailed repeatedly for several weeks. Zero response. I understand that we had no legal recourse since technically we were past the deadline, but we're good customers who have bought things from them for years. I wouldn't be so mad if they'd had the minimal courtesy to call me back. I will never buy anything from them again.
