I mean, seriously, they were so helpful and friendly. I had a problem with my order and they fixed it right away. And the products themselves are top-notch. I got some new light fixtures for my kitchen and they look amazing. The quality is really impressive. I also love that they have a wide variety of styles to choose from. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. And the prices are really reasonable too. I was worried that I would have to spend a lot of money to get good quality lighting, but that wasn't the case at all. So, I had a little issue with my order from Destination Lighting. I gave them a call and talked to this lady. She was super helpful and fixed everything right away. We recently got ourselves two pendant lights from Destination Lighting for our kitchen island. When we received the package, we noticed that one of the frosted glass domes had some imperfections in the glass. It was a bit of a bummer because it didn't match the other one. If both had these little "speckles", it would have been okay because it would have looked intentional. But since it was only one, it was a bit of an eyesore.
So, I decided to email pictures of both globes to show the difference to their customer service department. I was pleasantly surprised when they responded right away and let me know that they would send out a replacement glass. I was a bit skeptical at first because I've had bad experiences with customer service from other companies. But Destination Lighting's customer service was top-notch!
The replacement glass arrived very quickly, in about 7-10 days. I was so happy to see that it matched the other one perfectly. Now, both lights look amazing and will look even better when our remodel is done. We love the lights and I am VERY impressed with the level of service we received.
Overall, I highly recommend Destination Lighting for their quality products and excellent customer service. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Thank you, Destination Lighting!
