YesAsia Order arrived safely

I've only ordered once in this website and when I did I was a little scared because of all the negative reviews. The prices seem a little higher than most websites but I was going to order the Got7 Japanese album Moriagatteyo, which was $50+, so I got the free shipping. The shipping was fast and they provided me with a trackng number. Most websites that give me a tracking number that I can'tt use once the item leaves Korea, but this store isn't based on Korea. It isn't my favorite store for kpop albums but if I ever have to order a Japanese one I'll definitely use this website again. My item arrived with plenty bubble rap and on time.

YesAsia A Great Website for Ordering Soundtracks and Albums of Japanese Artists

I have purchased quite a few albums from several Japanese bands (e.g., Asian Kung Fu Generation, Nico Touches the Walls, Super Beaver, and Veltpunch) and several anime opening and ending theme soundtracks (like ones from Naruto Shippuden) from YesAsia. Once you find what you're looking for, the ordering process is quite simple.

Much care is taken in packaging the items, and my items have always been shipped promptly. I also feel safer purchasing things using Paypal (which they allow you to do).

I have nothing but good things to say about this website and those that run it. I've yet to have a negative experience with YesAsia (and I doubt that I ever will).

YesAsia Great site for non-Korean-speaking kpop fans

As an American kpop fan, this site was perfect! I don't read, write or speak Korean, but only English, so YesAsia was a blessing. My entire purchase transaction was executed in a breeze, including being able to quickly understand the terms and conditions of the purchase, because everything was written in English. Other kpop purchase sites that I visited that were entirely in Korean characters were totally bewildering to me, as a non-Korean. I was forced to quickly log off these other sites for fear I might be ordering something I didn't want. But not with YesAsia. From start to finish, visiting YesAsia was an extremely pleasant, efficient and empowering experience, and I would definitely recommend it to any English-speaking kpop fan.

YesAsia Avoid like fire

Don't make the same mistake as me. This was the first time I ordered with them and will be the last time. I spent 80$ for 4 music albums just go get the free shipping which turned out to be a total piece of [censored]. I waited 30+ days for the package (and emailed them during that time but they had no idea where the package was), just to be told after the 30+ days that the package was undelivered. Like. What the hell? I did NOT receive any notification about the package arriving at my house, the shipping did not have any tracking so I was not able to get to know where was the package located. Then the package went back to them and I was told that in order to receive my albums I have to pay 30$... no way I am spending more money on something that was not my fault. And then it gets better. I requested a refund and not only I received 50$ (!) out of 80$ because they charged me for the shipping because they "tried" to deliver it (. But wait, wasn't the shipping free? That is precisely why i could not track that and it got undelivered...?) they refunded me with store credit! What a pile of crap. Now I can only buy one album (when I paid for 4...), because without the free shipping buying their stuff does not make any sense, everything is way too expensive. And I refuse to pay them even a penny. Take my advice and avoid this shop because a thing like that can happen to anyone, even you. It literally made me cry couple of times because that's a lot of money to be wasted, especially when you are a student. Really took out the joy of supporting my favourite kpop group, it'll take a lot of time before I'll order anything again.

YesAsia More expensive than others, no refund, extra charge AFTER checkout

The prices are way too high compared to other sellers (say you'll buy a Japanese version of a dvd set: they're going to charge you thrice the cost you'd pay getting it from Japan albeit Hong Kong is a hub so everything is supposed to cost less). Not only that- more often than not, they won't have what you ordered nor will they be able to get your copy (when they do, it will take two to three weeks and THEN they will send it to you); does that mean you'll get a refund- no it does not! They will either only give you a partial refund giving poor excuses which don't make sense in the least bit or, more often than not, give you a refund in credits to use to buy something else.
The price shown is never exact! Upon checkout you will notice you are being charged way more and, guess what, a few days later your credit card will be charged EXTRA as sort of a "order placement taxation" (which is never going to be refunded either way, just like the shipping cost).
Once, I bought a 5-dvds set for 180 euros (TOO MUCH BUT THEY WERE THEY ONLY ONES STILL SELLING COPIES, IT WAS FOR COLLECTORS AND SOLD-OUT ANYWHERE ELSE): it came two months later, with its case broken and no bubble wrap in the shipping box - which was clearly too large for that so I take it my item spent two whole months going up and down - so I contacted the customer service providing pictures as proof: the only thing they were willing to "offer" was a very thin CD-ROM case I might have bought for less than one euro just about anywhere and that was obviously too thin for the five DVDs!
Did I mention you pay over 200 euro for a boxset and then discover it only contains half of the TV series and you need to buy the other half separately?
The HIGHLY COSTLY express shipping takes the exact same time the free one does (is it free really, the shown price suddenly increases upon checking out so I doubt it) and the standard shipping - when not offered, which is more often than not - costs an arm and a leg as well!
Terrible experience.

YesAsia Review: YesAsia - Expensive Prices and Limited Stock, But Good for Indonesian Subtitles

YesAsia is a website that sells Blu-ray movies and other products. The prices on YesAsia are quite expensive compared to other websites like Amazon.com. I only buy from YesAsia when I need Indonesian subtitles for my movies.

One thing that I don't like about YesAsia is that sometimes the Blu-ray movies that I want to buy are not in stock. They should have a description that says if the item is in stock or not. It's frustrating when I buy something and then find out that it's not available.

Overall, I think that YesAsia is a good website for people who want to buy Blu-ray movies with Indonesian subtitles. However, the prices are too expensive and sometimes the items are not in stock. If you are looking for a cheaper option, I would recommend checking out Amazon.com instead.

YesAsia Terrible Pre-Order Experience with YesAsia - Item Sold Out Everywhere Now

So, I had a pre order on YesAsia and it got canceled without any warning. Now, I can't even get the item I wanted because it's sold out everywhere! Other online stores will at least tell you how many pre orders they can fill before they charge you, but not this site. I recommend not pre ordering from this site if it's for a limited purchase that won't be restocked. This was the worst shopping experience ever, and I'm never buying anything from this site again!

YesAsia Terrible Shipping and Customer Service: My Experience with YesAsia

I gotta say, I had some issues with YesAsia. Their shipping is slower than a turtle on a hot day, so don't expect to get your order anytime soon. It took me a whole month to get my stuff, and that's if you're lucky. And don't even get me started on their customer service. They're not there to help you, they're there to protect themselves from giving you a refund or exchange. They'll fight you tooth and nail for even a measly dollar, and they won't hesitate to take it all the way to your credit card company. And if they mess up your order, forget about it. You're on your own, buddy. This is hands down the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. They don't care about their customers, they only care about their shop. So if you're thinking about shopping here, I'd think twice.

YesAsia Disappointing Experience with YesAsia: Slow Delivery, Poor Customer Service, and Unfulfilled Pre-Orders

So, I ordered some stuff from YesAsia and I paid for the Express Post service, but it took over 10 days to arrive. I was pretty disappointed because I thought that if I paid extra for the express service, it would arrive faster. But nope, they sent it to a depot in my country before repacking it and sending it to me with a budget courier. I mean, what's the point of paying an arm and a leg for express postage if they're just going to use a cheap courier anyway? It's obvious that the sender address was local, so why not just send it directly to me?

I decided to call them out on it and I was pretty unhappy with the customer service. They didn't seem to care that I was unhappy with the service and they didn't offer any solutions or compensation. It was pretty appalling, to be honest.

To make matters worse, they're also willing to take your money for pre-orders even when they can't fulfill them. I mean, what's the point of pre-ordering something if they can't even guarantee that they'll be able to get it for you? It's pretty frustrating and it makes me hesitant to order from them again.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with YesAsia. The slow delivery, poor customer service, and willingness to take money for pre-orders they can't fulfill all add up to a pretty negative experience. I'll probably look elsewhere for my online shopping needs in the future.

YesAsia Terrible Experience with YesAsia: False Promises and Unreliable Tracking Information

My experience with YesAsia was absolutely terrible. I will never be ordering from them again! I placed an order for a CD and a vinyl back in February, and I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic, but this company lied to me. They told me that they had no problem shipping items at the same speed during the pandemic before I placed my order. They promised that my items would arrive in 14 days.

However, it is now mid-June, and I still have not received my items. To make matters worse, the tracking information they provided me with is not valid. I have reached out to them multiple times to ask for a solution or to cancel my order, but they have refused. They have already taken my money and are asking me to wait for another month.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from YesAsia. It is unacceptable to lie to customers and take their money without providing the products they paid for. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

YesAsia Terrible Experience with YesAsia: Unhelpful Customer Service and Unclear Policies

I recently had a terrible experience with YesAsia (yesasia.com). I was hoping to purchase three items from their website, which came to a total of over $62 Canadian dollars. However, my order was cancelled due to the items being "out of stock", even though they were not advertised as such. This was extremely frustrating, as the money had already been taken from my account.

When I reached out to customer service to request a refund, they were unhelpful and refused to return my money. They claimed that they don't take payment until the items are shipped, but this was clearly not the case in my situation. I am still waiting for my money to be returned to me, and it has been a long and frustrating process.

If you are considering purchasing anything from YesAsia, I would strongly advise against it. My experience was extremely negative, and I would hate for anyone else to have to go through the same thing. It's a shame, because I was really looking forward to receiving my items, but now I will have to look elsewhere.

Overall, I would not recommend YesAsia to anyone. Their customer service is unhelpful and their policies are unclear. If you're looking for a reliable online retailer, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

YesAsia Frustrating Payment Process: My Experience with YesAsia

The selection of media on YesAsia is pretty decent, and everything seems to be going well until you get to the payment stage. Unfortunately, this is where the problems start. I would only give YesAsia two stars for this reason. When you try to check out, whether you're using PayPal or not, some of the required buttons don't show up in all versions of browsers. This means that you have to keep trying and placing your order with different browsers and versions until the buttons finally appear. It's a frustrating experience that I've had several times over the past few months.

I don't understand why YesAsia can't just use standard, basic HTML that would work with any client. Other sites seem to manage just fine with this approach. It's not like I'm using some obscure browser or anything. I'm using the same ones that most people use. It's just really annoying to have to keep reloading the page and trying different browsers until the buttons finally show up.

Overall, I would say that YesAsia is not very user-friendly. It's definitely not something that I would use for everyday purchases. The selection of media is good, but the payment process is just too frustrating. I hope that they can fix this issue soon so that more people can enjoy their products without having to deal with these problems.

YesAsia Disappointing Experience with YesAsia: Payment Issues and Poor Customer Service

So, I decided to give YesAsia a try and ordered a kpop CD set. It was my first time using this site and purchasing a kpop CD, and it might be my last. I placed my order the night before last, but today I received a notification that they needed an alternative form of payment. I was confused and contacted my bank to find out what was going on. To my surprise, the website had processed my payment twice, and my bank declined the second attempt. Now, they are requesting another form of payment.

I was frustrated because I had already paid them once, and they had already taken the money from my account. I paid an extra $25 for rush shipping, and now I'm not sure if I'll receive the product I ordered. I contacted them and explained the situation, but they didn't seem to care. They just kept insisting that I provide another form of payment.

Honestly, I'm disappointed with my experience with YesAsia. Despite the overall rating this site has, I cannot recommend it to anyone. Instead, I will warn others to stay away. It's a shame because I was excited to receive my kpop CD set, but now I'm not sure if I'll ever get it.

YesAsia Mixed Experience with Yesasia: Customer Service Decline and Inflated Prices

I've been a loyal customer of Yesasia for a long time, I think it was back in 2008 when I first placed an order with them. However, I have noticed that their customer service has gone downhill over the years.

I have only had one instance where I did not receive my order, and unfortunately, Yesasia was unable to resend it as the products had sold out. On another occasion, my order arrived damaged, but Yesasia did accept the return and sent me a replacement. Although, I must say that the replacement CD was also damaged, but to a lesser extent.

When it comes to ordering from Yesasia, you can usually expect to receive what you ordered. However, the prices are inflated to account for the "free" shipping, and it seems that they don't handle their merchandise with much care at the warehouses. If you're looking for a preorder bonus, I recommend buying from another store as Yesasia only offers one bonus per order, rather than per preordered album.

Despite these issues, I may still consider shopping from Yesasia as a last resort. However, they are no longer my go-to store like they used to be.

YesAsia Disappointing Experience with YesAsia: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience with YesAsia. I had ordered a pricey gift for my sister, a kdrama, but after waiting for three whole months, there was still no sign of it. I decided to reach out to their customer service team via email, and they responded by saying that they would send another one out, but I had to provide my address again. This seemed odd to me, as they already had my address on file.

The next day, I received another email from them stating that I had put in the wrong address when I initially placed my order. They claimed that my house number was missing, which I found to be a ridiculous excuse. I had double-checked my order before submitting it, and the address was automatically generated. Furthermore, there are only five houses on my street, and everyone knows each other. The post in my area is not sent by street number, but by name and postal code.

To make matters worse, they had made the same mistake with a friend of mine and my sister in the past, but the packages were still delivered without any issues. Now, they were blaming me for their mistake and suggesting that I ask my neighbors if they had received the package. This was unacceptable to me, and I felt like I was being treated unfairly.

I have been a loyal customer of YesAsia for years, but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. It's disappointing to see a company that I once trusted make such a careless mistake and then refuse to take responsibility for it. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future and avoid making similar mistakes.

YesAsia music album

Hello,
I'd pre-ordered a BTS Music Album (order no. [protected]) on the 21st of March, 2019 and I received an email stating that it'd been shipped on the 17th of April, 2019.
It's the 30th of April today and I still haven't received my package. It says on your website that it should reach me in 4-7 business days I believe.
Kindly get back to me on when I'll receive my package.

YesAsia I want a refund

I wonder if there are people who never had any issues with this company. If yes, I envy them then.
I ordered several items from them and paid about one ртвкув dollars. on the next day I got an email stating that the items I ordered were out of stock. ALL OF THEM! Unbelievable.
ok, I asked for a refund and was refused. They said they never charged me, they always follow their policies. That's very nice, but how about the charge from my account with your company name under it?
I sent the photo of this to the customer support and they haven't answered yet. Waiting for my refund. I am sure it's their fault and I won't let them scam me.

YesAsia horrible site to deal with

Do not buy anything from www.yesasia.com unless you want to lose your money. I have purchased a book from this website and received a confirmation message stating that my order was shipped. About three weeks later I received another message saying my order was delivered, but I did not get anything. I contacted customer service and they said that there was nothing they could do. They actually did not believe I was telling the truth. I tried to get a refund but just wasted my time trying to prove I was telling the truth. I will never buy anything from this site again!

YesAsia do not order from this scam company!

Avoid YesAsia at all costs, this company is not to be trusted! I have ordered several items from this website and when I made my order it was said that everything was in stock. After I placed my order, I made a payment and they charged me. That's the important part.
One week later I received a message from YesAsia stating my order was cancelled because my items were no longer in stock, but there was nothing said about the refund. So I contacted these guys and asked for my money back, but they claimed they never took my money and said that their store takes money only after the product is shipped! Liars! They took my money right after I made my order. Do not order from this scam company!

YesAsia I will never ever order from yesasia ever again

I had ordered a CD+VCD which was gonna take about 2 weeks to get. Well I decided to cancel it a few days later as the person I was buying it for decided they did not want it. The cancellation process was easy and Yesasia communicates pretty fast through their email.
Ok my complaint is this!
1st of all, , They claim not to charge you until your items are shipped. ''That is FALSE!'' A pending charge on my VISA shows the full amount. Pending charges on a Card are the same as the money not being in your account. Because it is held. So you cannot use it. So now I am having to communicate with both my Bank and Yesasia to try and get my money back into my account. Yesasia also emailed me and stated that it is the Bank that needs to release the funds. My Bank states it is Yesasia (takes 3-5days) Today is day 3.

We will see in another day or two if I will ever see my money again. I will never ever order from Yesasia ever again! As well as stay away from using a card soon. Too much of a pain in the @$$.
