Yellow Cabs is the worst! I can't seem to catch a ride with them unless I'm headed to the airport. I've had to twiddle my thumbs for more than an hour several times, only to end up missing my bus, forcing me to cancel the cab. It's like they don't have enough drivers or something. What a headache!

I will never ever ride in a Yellow Cab ever again. These people took my friend’s purse and held it hostage because she was $3 short on her taxi bill. Can you believe that? This company needs to face criminal charges along with their shoddy driver. It's no wonder why they have terrible reviews and ratings online. I hope more people become aware of this and boycott them. I recently had an experience with Yellow Cabs CA that left me extremely unimpressed. In the past, I’ve used their service with little issue, but my recent attempt to book a cab for my niece’s airport transfer was a nightmare.

I booked the cab for an 11 am pickup, with plenty of time for my niece to catch her flight out of Tampa. But when there was no cab by 11:10 am, I started to worry. I called Yellow Cab and was immediately placed on hold, where I stayed for what felt like an eternity. After calling three times, I was still on hold each time, and I began to panic.

In the interest of making sure my niece got to the airport on time, I began trying other cab companies, but I had no luck. It wasn’t until 11:35 am that I was finally able to get through to Yellow Cab, and I was given no explanation as to why my cab wasn’t there. I was told that the driver had not been assigned yet, despite my cab being booked for an 11 am pickup. What kind of service is that? I can’t imagine what would have happened if I’d had a much tighter schedule!

Thankfully, I was able to find another way to get my niece to the airport, and she made it in plenty of time for her flight. But the fact that Yellow Cab never called to say anything was extremely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend using them unless you have plenty of time to waste or the transportation you need isn’t important. Their lack of reliability is extremely frustrating, and I won’t be using them again anytime soon.

My experience with Yellow Cabs CA was pretty terrible, to be honest. It all started when I called for a cab in London, Ontario and ended up with taxi cab driver #789. This man was one of the rudest cab drivers I have ever encountered in my life. Not only was he aggressive, but he also lacked any sort of people skills or common decency.

To say that this was uncomfortable is an understatement.

At this point, I told the driver that I would be cancelling the backup cab, which made him even angrier than he already was. He started to yell again, insisting that I take my bag out of his car and even hurling racial slurs at me (I am a POC and he was Arab).

Unfortunately, this kind of behaviour seems to be all too common with Yellow Cabs CA. I noticed that many people online have also complained about the company's lack of professionalism and customer service skills. In my opinion, there are simply too many drivers out there with bad attitudes and no regard for their customers' safety or comfort.

I would definitely not recommend Yellow Cabs CA to anyone looking for a safe and reliable cab experience. The last thing you want is to be stranded with a driver who is unnecessarily mean and violent with their words. It's just not worth the risk.
