I have been using the taxi service from Rajputana Cabs for quite some time now. I live in Jaipur and their office is located nearby, so whenever I need to travel to Delhi, Kota or attend any family event like a wedding in other cities of Rajasthan, I always call them. The owner's name is Mr CB Singh and you can reach him at ***846 to book a cab.

The best thing about Rajputana Cabs is their punctuality. They always arrive on time and I have never faced any delay. The drivers are also very polite and well-behaved. They know the routes very well and always take the shortest and safest route to reach the destination. The cabs are also well-maintained and clean.

The prices are also very reasonable and competitive. I have compared their prices with other taxi services and found them to be the most affordable. They also offer various packages for different destinations, which is very convenient.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided by Rajputana Cabs. They have never disappointed me and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable taxi service in Rajasthan.

I had a really bad experience with Rajputana Cabs. The driver was very unprofessional and rude. We had planned an itinerary for a trip from Mussoorie to Delhi with my wife and 3-year-old kid. After site seeing in Mussoorie, we agreed to start our journey to Delhi after 5pm. However, we left Mussoorie at 4pm. The driver opted for a congested route with heavy traffic instead of the less traffic route suggested by Google.

To make matters worse, the driver was not ready to drive after 7pm and before 7am. At midnight, the driver made us stand in the middle of the road and said he was feeling sleepy and needed to rest for 2 hours before driving. He made our family stand outside the cab while he watched something on his phone. The driver's name was Sushil and the cab owner was Aashish.

When I raised my concerns with Aashish, he was also very rude in his wordings and behavior. This experience was a complete waste of our money, time, and ruined our happy trip experience. I would never suggest this cab service to anyone. This is the worst cab service I have ever seen in my lifetime.

My experience with Rajputana Cabs was one of the worst I have ever had. I used their car service in Rajasthan for 6 days and it was a complete disaster. Initially, when I called them to inquire about the itinerary, the agent girl was very kind and helpful. I thought it would be a great trip experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

After I paid the advance amount, there was no follow-up call from them. They continuously called me to confirm the booking, but once the advance amount was paid, they took me for granted. There was no customer service or satisfaction. They cheated me with hidden costs that they did not reveal earlier while taking the advance payment. They only shared the same on the last day of the trip at the airport drop. It was a horrible car service experience that I came across.

The driver was never on time and always made us wait. He used the rented car for his personal use and increased the kilometers in the billing. He was so lazy for the rides and usually said, "wahan pe traffic hai wahan nahi jayenge, ab aap hotel hi chale jao." I would suggest NOT to go for this car service and beware of the hidden costs that they will reveal only on the LAST DAY of the trip drop. They will only provide the worst experience and spoil your trip experience and mood. I regret using their services.

In conclusion, I would say that Rajputana Cabs is a BIG NO for anyone who wants to have a good trip experience. They can only spoil the trip mood and take customers for granted. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

When I first called to inquire about the itinerary, the agent girl Hina Rajput was very kind and helpful. I thought this would be a good trip experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. After I paid the advance amount, there was no communication from them. They continuously called to confirm the booking, but once they received the payment, they took me for granted.

At the beginning, Mr. CB Singh (Santram Holidays Pvt Ltd) spoke very professionally, but later on, he behaved like a typical unprofessional and unmanaged cab service owner. He left me in the hands of a driver who had every right to ruin my trip. Rajputana Cabs and Santram Holidays Pvt Ltd cheat people with hidden costs. They don't reveal the hidden amount earlier while taking the advance payment and later share the same on the last day of the trip at the airport drop. It was a horrible car service experience.

The cab driver, Karan Meena, was extremely unprofessional and talked to women in a rude and arrogant manner. He used the rented car for his personal use and increased the kilometer in the billing. He decided where he wanted to go, always forced me to take an auto, and gave excuses that the roads were bad, even though they were good. The unprofessional and adamant driver, along with the arrogant owner, ruined my trip experience.

I strongly suggest NOT to go for this car service and beware of the hidden costs that they will reveal only on the LAST DAY of the trip drop. They will only provide the worst experience and spoil your trip mood. I regret using their services. BIG BIG BIG BIG NO FOR RAJPUTANA CABS WHO CAN ONLY SPOIL THE TRIP MOOD AND TAKE CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED. Rajputana Cabs is the WORST.
