YANWEN LOGISTICS - the most unreliable service: you marked the parcel as delivered when it clearly not even reached the destination country.
Now I'm conducting the dispute with Seller and AliExpress, but they ask for "shipping company's missing parcel documents within valid time", which you do not support.

I have ordered something from the website IVrose.com they shipped it to the netherlands with Yanwen. Trough the shipping information provided from the customer service of IVrose I was able to track my package. After not much new information I contacted customer service at ivrose. They told me Yanwen lost my package.

Fer 12, 1:09pm - Successfully collected at parcel locker

I was never notified that Parcel was delivered and I never picked up. Moreover, why the history of tracking showing that the item was returned to sender, then it says parcel successfully collected.

I order a pot and pan set on nov 28th and it says it was delivered Jan 19th but I never received the dishes UF641893834YP this is the tracking number of my package

I ordered 2 cameras from a company named Shuioshop. The cameras were shipped by your company on 12/05/2020. The tracking# is UF5849480YP.
When I run the tracking # it shows that the product was delivered to me on 12/31/2020; however, I did not receive the product.
Because Shuioshop will not give me a refund, I am filing this complaint with you. I expect a refund of $30.34 to cover the purchase cost of the cameras.

All are just sitting in auckland nz shipping depot still from 3 months ago and not been delivered to me!
