Yankee Candle review: Open time 11:00

On December 15th 2019 I went to 90 Pleasant Valley the loop in Methuen Massachusetts to the Yankee Candle Store. The time of opening was supposed to be 11 a.m. and they did not open the doors until 11:10 am. There was no one in the store, when around 10 people arrived and was starting to gather outside as well as myself. The two girls(employees) hustled to the door at about 8 past 11, unlocked it, with no apologies, went inside and continued to open the store of which they came unlocked it, with quite an attitude, and then proceeded to allow people to shop. This is completely unprofessional, as to people are trying to get Christmas things done in a timely manner and we're waiting at the door to get things done. I was very disappointed in the attitude of the sales Clerks, as to our having to wait. This should never have happened! With the amount of money that I spend in that store, it is unbenounced to me how they can be a corporate store and opened late with that many people waiting. Very disappointed!
