XE XE Review: Poor Customer Support and Hidden Fees

I gotta say, I ain't the only one who's had some issues with XE. Just like some other folks, I tried to send some cash from my account in the US to my account in Spain using these guys. I tried to do it online, but the info they gave me just didn't seem to work. Before too long, I got the same message that other people got: they were gonna cancel my transfer and charge me some fees.

So I called up their customer support. I had to wait for like 20 minutes before they even picked up the phone, and then they couldn't help me at all. They said that the details I was using were totally valid and had worked for all their other customers. But after a bunch of annoying emails, they went ahead and canceled my transfer anyway and charged me 90 euros.

Now, I might've thought it was just my own dang fault for not knowing how to do the transfer online, but after reading all these other reviews, it seems like they're always finding some way to cancel transfers and charge people extra fees. So I reckon I'm never gonna use XE again. I'll stick with TransferWise or Xoom or something like that.

XE Unreliable and Unprofessional: My Experience with XE Transfer Service

We had to contact XE many times by phone and by email, trying to transfer our money from our Credit Union in the US to our account in NZ. It was a long and frustrating process, as XE held our money for a whole month. They kept insisting that they did not have it, and that we must have made a mistake. We were very confused and frustrated, as we knew we had done everything correctly. They even asked our bank to do a trace, which they did, but XE still insisted that it was our mistake and that they did not have the funds.

After much denial and refusal on their part, the money finally came through to our account in NZ. We were relieved, but also very disappointed with XE's service. They did not offer any apology for the delay, nor any interest on the time they held our money while denying they were doing so. It was a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

For a time, I considered the possibility that the Credit Union was somehow at fault, since it's not a "regular bank". However, my doubts were dispelled when I transferred money through another company (TORFX). It took them only TWO DAYS to get the money to us, including the Credit Union's wire time. This was a stark contrast to XE's service, which was slow and unresponsive.

In conclusion, I would not recommend XE as a transfer service. They are unreliable and unprofessional, and their customer service is lacking. If you need to transfer money, I would suggest looking for other options, such as TORFX or other reputable companies. Don't waste your time and money with XE.

XE XE Money Transfer Review: Lack of Transparency and Difficult Refund Process

I recently had a situation where I needed to send money to someone in India, and I decided to use XE (xe.com) for the transfer. I had dealt with the recipient before, so I felt comfortable using XE's services.

I filled out their online information form and sent an Interact eTransfer. However, after two days, I received an email from XE stating that not only was the transfer canceled, but my account was closed as well. I was confused and frustrated, so I reached out to XE to ask why this had happened.

Unfortunately, the response I received was not very helpful. XE simply stated that my account had been closed for "Security Reasons," without providing any further explanation. I was left feeling uncertain and uneasy about the situation.

To make matters worse, XE is now making it difficult for me to get my money back. They are asking for all of my account information and insisting on a wire transfer to return the funds. I don't understand why they can't simply send me a cheque or use Interact eTransfer like I did to send the money in the first place.

When I asked XE about this, their response was once again, "Security Reasons." I can't help but feel like something shady is going on here. If XE can't provide a clear explanation for their actions and can only transfer money through wire transfers, it makes me wonder if they are a trustworthy company.

Overall, I would not recommend using XE for money transfers. Their lack of transparency and difficult refund process have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. It's important to use a company that you can trust, and unfortunately, XE has not proven to be that for me.

XE Xe.com Review: A Total Scam with Poor Customer Service and Closed Accounts

I gotta say, my experience with xe.com was a real bummer. I was trying to send some money over to the Philippines, but my account had been inactive for a while. When I tried to log in, I got a pop-up message that said "oops, something went wrong. Please try again." I tried again, and again, and again, but I kept getting the same message. Finally, I gave up and logged off.

Later on, I tried again, but this time the message was different. It said "sorry, your account has been closed." What the heck? I hadn't done anything wrong! I wrote to customer service to ask what was going on, but all I got was a generic reply that basically said "sorry, we can't help you."

To make matters worse, my wife tried to sign up with xe.com for the first time, and she had the exact same experience. What are the odds of that? It seems like xe.com is just fishing for personal information or something.

And don't even get me started on their advertised high exchange rates and low fees. That's a total scam. I wouldn't trust these guys with my money if they paid me to.

In conclusion, stay far away from xe.com and stick with a reputable company. They're not worth the hassle or the risk.

XE Xe.com Stole My Money and Refused to Give it Back: A Warning to Others

I recently used xe.com to convert some USD to CAD. I had USD6024.75 in my bank account and xe.com agreed to convert it to CAD7500. I was excited to receive the CAD in my bank account, but unfortunately, things did not go as planned.

After xe.com took the USD6024.75 out of my bank account, they never deposited the CAD7500 to my CAD bank account. Instead, they sent me an email saying that they decided to cancel the transaction and close my account. I was shocked and confused. I had no idea why they would do this.

I immediately contacted xe.com and asked them to send me back the USD6024.75 they took from my bank account. However, they told me to contact my bank to get my money back. I was frustrated and confused. I didn't understand why my bank would have my money when xe.com took it.

I contacted my bank and they told me that xe.com needed to send me my money back. I relayed this information to xe.com, but they continued to tell me that my bank would do it for me. I was getting nowhere with them.

I decided to call xe.com and ask them why they couldn't just send me my money back. However, they just hung up on me. I couldn't believe it. I was angry and upset.

I continued to email xe.com, but they refused to send me my money back. I felt like they were stealing from me. I couldn't believe that a company would treat their customers this way.

It has been 3 weeks since xe.com stole my money. I went to the police station to file a police report. I hope the police can help me get my money back. I am so frustrated and angry with xe.com. They are evil crooks who stole my money and refuse to give it back. I will never use xe.com again and I urge others to stay away from them.

XE Terrible Experience with XE: Unreliable Payment System and Poor Customer Service

I recently had a terrible experience with XE, a currency exchange provider. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not have any secure customer verification methods, which is concerning. I attempted to make a payment of ?1000 with my U.K. Debit card, but every time I tried to make the payment, it was cancelled. When I called to complain, they informed me that they were having issues with some debit card payments of ?1000 or more. This was frustrating, as I had attempted to make the payment seven times before contacting them.

To make matters worse, two of my friends had their accounts closed when they attempted to make their first transfer. XE did not provide any reason for this, which is unprofessional. Customers should be given information as to why their accounts are being closed.

Another friend of mine had a payment received by XE, but they kept her money for 10 days without any explanation. When she called to complain, she was informed that the payment had been cancelled. XE did not bother to return her money or even inform her of the cancellation. If she had not called them back, she would have never received her money back. This was a very horrible experience faced by four of us.

In my opinion, XE is not fit to provide services in the U.K. They need to improve their customer service and provide better communication with their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable currency exchange provider.

XE XEtrade's Declining Customer Service: A Nightmare to Deal With

We are a small book company based in the United States and we have been using XEtrade for almost a decade now to make payments to our sellers in other countries. Back then, their customer service was based in Canada and we had nothing but great experiences with them. They were always helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with. However, in recent years, we have noticed a significant decline in their services.

It appears that XEtrade has outsourced their customer service to Eastern Europe, specifically Slovenia, and it has been a nightmare to deal with them. We can no longer reach anyone in Canada by phone or email, and the new customer service representatives are constantly asking for additional company information to prove our identity and legitimacy. They cannot even explain the laws they are basing their requests on, and they cannot transfer us to someone who can. It has been frustrating to receive multiple requests for private company documents, such as tax documents and sales information, in the past six months alone. Each time, they threaten to shut down our account if we do not comply.

Well, we have had enough. We have recently switched to USForex and we could not be happier with their services. XEtrade has been nothing but a headache for us, and we would not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and their constant demands for additional information are unnecessary and intrusive. We hope that XEtrade can improve their services in the future, but until then, we will stick with USForex.

XE XE Money Transfer Review: Great Service Turned Frustrating

I gotta say, I've been using XE for a while now and it's been a real lifesaver for me. I live in a foreign country and need to transfer money between my bank accounts in two different countries. XE used to be the perfect solution for me - it was easy to use and didn't charge any extra fees. But lately, I've been having some issues with their app.

Every time I try to make a transfer, I get a "pending transaction" message and I'm told to wire the money to their parent company through my bank. This has happened twice now and it's really frustrating. I've had to contact their customer service, but they haven't been very helpful. They told me my accounts were verified and that I shouldn't have any more problems, but that wasn't the case.

It's really disappointing because XE used to be so simple and convenient. Now, I have to go through all these extra steps and pay a fee to my bank just to use their service. It doesn't make any sense to me. If I have to go through all this trouble, why not just use my bank in the first place? It's a lot more hassle to use a third party service that's supposed to make things easier.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with XE's recent changes. I hope they can fix their app and make it more user-friendly again. Until then, I'll have to look for another solution for my money transfers.

XE Disappointing Experience with XE Online Money Services: A Warning to Others

I signed up for XE Online Money Services so I could transfer some cash from my US bank to my Colombian bank. I was pretty excited to use their service because I had heard good things about them. However, things didn't go as planned.

After signing up and transferring my money, I received an email from XE the next day. The email said that they couldn't help me with my transaction and that my contract had been cancelled. They didn't give me any explanation as to why this happened. I was pretty confused and frustrated.

To make matters worse, they told me to contact my bank to get my money back. But they didn't tell me which bank to contact! I was left in the dark, not knowing what to do. It felt like they were holding onto my money without any intention of giving it back.

I was pretty disappointed with XE. I expected more from them. I thought they were a reliable and professional company. But they proved me wrong. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They're a scam.

I'm glad I found out about their true colors before it was too late. I decided to take my business elsewhere and went to XOOM. They're far more reliable and professional than XE. I'm happy with their service and I haven't had any problems with them so far.

It's a shame that XE turned out to be a disappointment. I guess this is one of those rare cases where a Canadian company sucks more than an American one. Oh well, such is life.

XE Xe.com Review: Disappointing Upgrade and Poor Customer Service

I've been using xe.com for a while now to transfer my money back to the UK from the US. I do most of my business across the pond, so it's important for me to have a reliable service that I can trust. However, I recently logged in to find that they had "upgraded" the site. At first, I was excited to see what changes they had made, but it turned out to be a bit of a nightmare.

Two weeks ago, I logged in to find that I had to re-upload all of my personal documents again, including my bank statement and passport. I was suspicious, so I did some googling and found out that xe.com had been bought over by another company, Hifx, which also does money transfers. I waited patiently to get my account re-verified, but it took about 4 days. When I logged back in, they were requesting a voided check, which I uploaded. However, for the past two weeks, I have been unable to start a transfer.

I've emailed their customer services several times, but I haven't received any response. I even tried calling them, but I was put on hold for 45 minutes, so I gave up. It seems that their standards have dropped with this new company taking over. It's a shame because xe.com used to be a breeze to send money through.

Since then, I've been using transferwise.com, which has transferred my money within 72 hours without any of the hassle xe.com has caused. It's a shame that xe.com has let me down, but I'm glad I found an alternative that works for me.
