Like so many on this site, I bought x-cover insurance through booking.com. I was badly injured in an accident and can't travel. I've been through many many days of endless hell trying to get a claim filed. X-cover lets me log into their site but the reference number the policy I bought and paid for is not available from the drop-down menu of options so I can't file a claim. I called the phone number the other complaining customer called and got the same thing - endless voice prompts ending in them telling me to go online. The only e-mail address is [protected]@xcover.com but I only get back the pre-written letters that these other customers got - the one telling me to make sure I have an account set up, the one telling me to send back my particulars such as name and how much I paid for the insurance as identity proof... But then... Nothing... No real person to help. I have lost over $1100 on an international flight and I am quite upset - not what I need at the time of injury. I will be contacting better business bureau if I don't get a real person to give me real support - not one of their phony-baloney "be patient, we're working on it" letters which I have so many of that I could make wallpaper out of them. I won't let these people steal my money and neither should you. Never booking with booking.com or using xcover ever again unless they respond immediately and make my claim number available to file a clai, m (and then, gawd, I have to pray that the claim is honored as promised in the policy or I will need to go to the legal department of the insurance license board. Just let me say here that I won't stop till I get my money so this company needs to respond personally with contact information that isn't useless.

Desired outcome: I want to be able to file a claim on their site and receive my airline refund. This is what they promise when you buy their insurance....it should NOT be impossible!!
