Paid for travel insurance. Filed a claim over a month ago. Absolutely no phone contact or calls back to get refunded. Daughter became severely ill and progressively worsened, Submitted all documents. Canceled with priceline, canceled with American, sent all receipts, sent medical proof. Still no resolve. Going to move to complain with priceline, BBB, and insurance board if I don't get a refund.

On May 5, 2023, I had purchased a ticket through MMT Gofirst, but the flight was canceled due to operational reasons. At the time of purchase, I had also purchased an Xcover travel insurance policy, and I had asked Xcover to pay the additional fare charges I would have had to pay for a new flight reservation. However, Xcover flatly refused to pay the additional fare charges. then what use does it serve to buy travel insurance?

Ryanair is selling traveling insurance from XCover. It's a terrible product that is very expensive. When we compare prices with other traveling insurances, price seems ok but when coverage is compared, XCover insurances are a big waste of money.
