Flight insurance
Paid for travel insurance. Filed a claim over a month ago. Absolutely no phone contact or calls back to get refunded. Daughter became severely ill and progressively worsened, Submitted all documents. Canceled with priceline, canceled with American, sent all receipts, sent medical proof. Still no resolve. Going to move to complain with priceline, BBB, and insurance board if I don't get a refund.

On May 5, 2023, I had purchased a ticket through MMT Gofirst, but the flight was canceled due to operational reasons. At the time of purchase, I had also purchased an Xcover travel insurance policy, and I had asked Xcover to pay the additional fare charges I would have had to pay for a new flight reservation.
