Company goal is to get around paying you in anyways possible that they can I submitted over ten documents for my claim one after another they needed something else. Several weeks later need the exact time I landed which wouldn't matter the flight was cancelled and i didn't get there until the next day. (sent documented proof) Still no refund not even $50 dollars for all the inconvenience of having my flight cancelled due to a mechanical delay and sleeping in the airport until the next day.
