Ordered a belt from WWE
So I ordered the belt from the WWE website and it took me to this. It says it’s delivered in Clifton but I have no knowledge of where to pick it up at never came to my apartment. Just wanna know what’s going on it’s been two weeks please somebody reach out to me, my email is [protected]@gmail.com. Thank you. also, I ordered it on Christmas Eve. When I checked the tracking number it told me it was at sent through China Post. Not sure what that is or where that is at. I also took a picture of the tracking number and where it is at

What a mess. They lost my package and don't want to refund or resend. It would be logical to do it, because it wasn't my fault.
I spent money on items, it wasn't a gift.
Moreover, they заеут ignore my emails and never call me back when I can' reach them. And it happens often.
I have no idea what to do and how to get my money back. They provide no absolutely normal reason for holding my money. So I suppose they are simply scammers.
Scam business
I have purchased two items from this website www.wweshop.com and did not receive anything. It took way too long so I contacted their customer service and asked what was going on and they said that my order was on backorder. Then I asked them to cancel my order and they agreed pretty fast and promised me a full refund which was never given.
I'm still trying to get some information regarding my refund but it seems like they decided to keep my money. Avoid this seller at all costs!

The seller promised me new order, because the first was lost, but I got nothing
Don’t buy from the company www.wweshop.com, because these guys messed up with all the orders. I placed twice and haven’t received any of the orders. The first order was lost, therefore the seller promised to send another order and I patiently waited, but these guys scammed me. It was the worst deal ever and I wouldn’t advise this website to others people, because it was very impropriate services and unprofessional attitude.
Seller lied about transaction
The whole website is big problem, so avoid the company www.wweshop.com. I have ordered some things from them, but the seller informed me that there were problems with the transaction and I needed to contact my bank. I wasn’t happy and called to the bank, but the employee from the bank assured me that the transaction was smooth and fast. I didn’t get, why the seller lied to me. I tried to contact the seller again, but the rep didn’t react to my emails now. I need help, because I have no idea what to do now.
WWEShop.com, you will never get my business again
I've placed two orders for wrestling merchandise this week - one through WWEShop.com on Monday, and one through a third party retailer that essencially buys up a bunch of their shirts and other merch, then turns around and sells it once those items are out of print. It took less than 24 hours for the third party retailer to email me saying the items had shipped... 3 days later, still no word from WWEShop.
So, I call them... apparently my order is canceled. It turns out they put a pre-authorization on my credit card for the other $300 I had "spent" and that's now being held for them until either 15 days passes or somebody from WWEShop signs off on a form allowing my credit card company to release the hold. So I call them back... this time asking who I have to send this to, to get it signed and I get told basically "No, we won't sign it." So now not only did they screw up my order, but they're willingly holding my money, refusing to show even the slightest effort to fix THEIR ERROR, even knowing that in doing so, I would re-order the items and they would not only get the money for the order, but a much happier customer.
So instead, I will order these same items from a third party retailer, pay a little more, but make sure my $#*! actually gets here. F*** you, WWEShop.com, you will never get my business again.
