I cancelled my accommodation request with Wotif on Thursday 23 May at 11.30pm well within the timeframe for full refund. I had booked into Titania Hotel at Oberon for 24 May 2025, when I went in to check if cancellation had taken effect - I was unable to login to my account. I thought this was because I had no trips available with the company.
Today 24 May 5pm - the Hotel rang me to say when would I be arriving - I said I had cancelled on Thursday evening - he said not with us booking is still in place. He said good luck getting your money back from Wotif. Checked Wotif - my booking was still there! I would like refund due to issue with their website.
