Dear Woolworths Customer Service,
I visited Stockland/Sugarlanf Woolworths at approximately 10:00 AM on 17 May 2026 to purchase 30 Chicken Garlic Kyivs from the deli section.
I politely requested that the items be packed with 3 pieces per bag, making a total of 10 bags. However, the deli staff member responded by saying “no way” and stated that she would put them all together instead. As there were no other customers waiting at the time, I was surprised by both the refusal and the manner in which I was spoken to. she go ahead and put 9 chicken Garlic Kyiv together and thus i told her to stop.
Due to the staff member’s attitude, I decided that I no longer wished to continue being served by her. I told her that I would just take whatever she had already prepared and did not require any further service. In response, she looked at me and said “What?” in a very rude and unpleasant manner. At the end i only got 12 total Chicken Garlic Kyiv. So i have to go back tomorrow again and hope to be serviced by other better DELI staff.
She is around 50-60 years old and around 150-160cm tall, Caucasian look.
I found this interaction quite upsetting and unprofessional. As a loyal Woolworths customer, I do not believe I deserved to be treated in this way.
I hope this feedback can be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure better customer service experiences in the future.
