Woods at Lakeshore Apartments / High Mark Resident review: Bad services and account payable not good

This company pay realtors and apartment locator to bring them renter clients. Once a locator send a client to a apartment complex that pay locators. They should be paying 30 days later after move in. The Woods at Lakeshore Apartment. They are located at 3560 Country Square Dr, Carrollton TX 75006
When I first set my clients up with them it was going great. Once I got my client in there it was a night mare. They stop answering my calls and didn't let me know they got my invoice! I had to report them to BBB and filed a bad service report on this company! Once the manager found out I filed a BBB report on them. She said that my check for the small amount of less than $ 300 was in the mail. That was not true and it don't take a month for check to reach Houston Texas coming from Carrollton Texas. It should only take about 3 days or less. They keep lying about they sent it and that's not true. The corporate address the check should be going has Post office photo data on it and I can see all mail before I pick it up! I really think this company is having money problems or a bad property manager problem!
