This company is amazing. The install and craftsmanship was superior. We can?t say enough on the positive results. It is a very nice finishing touch to the front (door) of the house. We highly recommend this company! They offered a fair price and give value to the work and homeowner!

I thought the sales person was rude it's like it was too much for him to answer a question after that the rest of the staff was great my only other issue was the caulking of the windows some were done sloppy otherwise I'm happy with the product and would recommend you as I always have

I had 2 sliding glass doors put in over a year ago and recently went back to have them install 4 new windows. I enjoyed my experience each time. Everyone I was in contact with throughout the process, was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get new doors and windows.

They are an excellent company with excellent customer service.Also, Ryan, the salesman which helped me decide on and order my windows is so kind and helpful. The installers were polite and very neat.I trust Woodland and so should you. My windows are beautiful!

I couldn't be more pleased with my window installation. The installation team were on-time each day and completed the install in the timeframe they committed to. They communicated progress at the beginning and end of each day and the workmanship was very good. The Marvin windows I selected are a great investment in my home.

Woodland Windows replaced our vintage condo building's windows several years ago and we are still loving them. This was a huge undertaking and Woodland made the whole experience painless. Everyone involved in the project was professional, honest and responsive.Recently, they replaced our backdoor. It was a small job but the experience was the same.

Great customer service from start to finish! They matched the windows perfectly and installation went seamlessly! The sales representative was informative and patient in helping us choose our windows. The Woodland staff kept us informed of progress and dates prior to installation. The gentlemen who did our install did a terrific job! They were on time, thorough, friendly, and left no mess. We would highly recommend Woodland and would use them again in the future should the need arise.

This company was very easy to work with. They always arrived on time for appointments and answered all our questions. They replaced all of our windows and thoroughly explained how our project was going to be done to meet our expectations. They cleaned up each day and the windows were installed faster than planned because they added another crew to make sure it got done quickly. They matched our woodwork perfectly with no damage to the walls. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful new Woodland Windows & Doors windows!

I had 2 double-hung windows installed by Woodland Windows & Doors in April 2022! The guys were professional, thorough and were very clean. I didn't have to clean anything up afterwards. They were all so kind and I couldn't have been happier with the job they did. In addition to the installation I also was guided by their team regularly about all the behind the scenes preparations! They also were such great people and kept me informed. Love this company and plan on having them take care of other windows as well!

The salesman from Woodland Windows and Doors was extremely helpful in making my selections. His guidance was invaluable. The installation was outstanding. On some of the more difficult windows it was a work of art. In fact when the contractor who is in charge of my remodel, looked at them he commented on the excellent installation. I didn't realize the impact that new windows would make in the appearance of my home. I couldn't have made a better choice with Woodland Windows or Woodland from whom I purchased them.

We contacted Woodland Windows & Doors to replace all of the windows and a few doors in a church building that is 90 years old and was built in two phases. There were a number of constraints that we had to work with. I was pleased that Woodland not only appreciated all of our concerns but knew how to mix a variety of products to meet our needs. I was pleased with the entire process from beginning to end. They were always straightforward and willing to work with our church to fulfill our needs. I have heard only compliments from church members.

Overall nice job. Good guys and cleaned up pretty well. There are a few issues this. (1) they inadvertently knocked my downspout off and I didn't notice until it rained hard and water pour out the bottom. They tried to fix but one guy could not lift the downspout while on the ladder up at the top so he said he just put another support in. At this point I don't think it's fixed properly and would like 2 people (one lifting and one at the top fastening). Also, the screen on the window over the front door won't lock on the right side. It fell out when I opened the window and damaged the screen (it's a 2nd floor window). We probably need a new screen. The outside lock was not supplied with the patio door, and there weren't enough window lifts, so I understand you'll have to come back and install those when they come in. Please provide an appropriate date.

We are very happy with most everything. We only had three problems. 1. I received a telephone call that my windows were in on a Thursday or Friday and they wanted to install them on Monday. I told them that I hadn't picked up the building permit yet and I was told you should have received an email a couple of weeks ago. After your office check it was discovered it wasn't sent or you had my email address incorrectly. 2. My sliding door was different than the one that I ordered. I had to spend about an hour to get the association's approval. I actually preferred the door you brought out and installed. 3. The next morning and discovered the door wouldn't latch properly, so I called and was told I would have to wait 3 weeks for you to correct the problem that should have been right before the crew left. That is the thing that bothered me the most. I just made a final pay towards the $30,000.00 and I would have to wait 3 weeks to get my door 100% correct. This really rubs me the wrong way. I used to sell heavy duty trucks and I never told my customers the truck that had been ordered 4 months earlier and that they had to wait 3 weeks to make it right. There had been times that I personally went to the customers location and fix it myself. I am very happy with the windows and the hard work that the installers did in the cold and snow. I can definitely feel how much warmer it is in my home.
