In a day and a half, a team from Window World replaced every window in our house and garage (original to the house built in 1978). The entire team was friendly and courteous to us AND each other. I witnessed excellent teamwork, communication, and mentoring. The team leads provided positive reinforcement, and gentle, constructive correction. To a man, they were efficient and hard workers. I heard lots of laughter, banter, and thank-yous as they accomplished their work. We love our new windows and highly recommend the team and process from start to finish.

Absolutely the best customer service we have ever had. We have purchased two windows and a sliding glass door and we are planning on purchasing more. The employees who put the windows in were knowledgeable, courteous and made sure that everything was to our liking. They never made a mess and were so fun to work with. There was never any pressure to buy, never any upselling and never any hurry to make a decision. The entire process was the best buying experience we have ever had. The installation crew was respectful, kind, professional and knew exactly what they were doing. If something didn't seem right, or if there was a question, your team leads always came to me in partnership to discuss what was happening. They even discovered an issue with one window and took the time to correct it before finishing the install. Now that is service. They even went out of their way to interact with our children who were very inquisitive and very interested in what they were doing to the windows. Your team lead spent time explaining to our son how they were installing the windows in his bedroom. That is truly remarkable service and meant the work to both our son and ourselves. The finished job is beautiful and exceeds our expectations. We can't thank you enough for all that you have done for our home and our family. You have customers for life!
