I gotta tell ya, I gave this Woo commerce thing a shot back on October 7th, 2022. I had a decent chunk of change, $275.00 to be exact, sitting in their payment platform. But guess what? They sent me an email saying there's gonna be a delay with my account. Can you believe that? I've been around the block with different platforms for my business, and let me tell ya, Woo commerce ain't impressing me so far. They haven't deposited my $275.00, and they haven't even bothered to give me a refund. And get this, they don't even have a support system! How am I supposed to get any help if something goes wrong? It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I'm telling ya, stay away from these guys. Don't waste your time or your money with Woo commerce.

WooCommerce is a fantastic plugin for WordPress that can transform your ordinary website into a fully functional online store. And guess what? It won't cost you a dime! That's right, WooCommerce is absolutely free to use. However, if you're looking to add some extra pizzazz and take your store to the next level, you can purchase extensions offered by WooCommerce. Now, here's where things get a little tricky. In my humble opinion, these extensions are a tad overpriced. And to make matters worse, they come with an annual subscription fee. Ouch!

But fear not, my frugal friends! There's a silver lining. You can actually find third-party plugins on WordPress.org that can do the same job as those pricey WooCommerce extensions, and guess what? They won't cost you a penny! In fact, some of these third-party plugins are even cheaper than what WooCommerce has to offer. So why break the bank when you can save some moolah?

You'll need to connect third-party software like Stripe, Apple Pay, and PayPal to your WooCommerce store by tinkering with their APIs. Don't worry, it's not as complicated as it sounds. And if you're feeling fancy, you can even integrate Afterpay and Klarna into your WooCommerce store. How cool is that?

So, to sum it all up, WooCommerce is a free plugin that can turn your WordPress website into an eCommerce powerhouse. While the extensions may be a bit pricey, you can always find cheaper alternatives on WordPress.org. And setting up your store is a piece of cake, as long as you don't mind tinkering with some APIs. So go ahead, give WooCommerce a whirl, and watch your online store thrive!

I placed an order on 8/22/2022 through WooCommerce, and I received an email confirmation from diza that provided the total cost and shipping details. I made the payment using Paypal, and I also got a confirmation from QUENTRO GROUP LLC, which appeared as unverified on my Paypal account.

On 8/24/2022, I decided to reach out to QUENTRO GROUP LLC via email to inquire about the tracking number for my order. However, both of my emails bounced back to me without any response. Feeling a bit frustrated, I attempted to call the phone number listed with Paypal, but it went straight to voicemail. The voicemail message sounded more like an individual's personal voicemail rather than a professional business one. Unfortunately, my call was never returned.

As the days went by, with no updates or communication from the seller, I grew increasingly concerned about the legitimacy of this transaction. On 8/25/2022, I decided to take action and filed a dispute with Paypal, citing the non-delivery of the goods, lack of communication, and suspicion of a possible scam. To my surprise, the seller actually responded to the dispute by providing a fake UPS tracking number.

Throughout this ordeal, the seller kept changing the estimated delivery times, which only added to my frustration and skepticism. Finally, on 8/30/2022, I discovered that the order had been delivered to someone else entirely. I immediately contacted UPS to verify this information, and they confirmed that the package was never addressed to me or my residence. Paypal also reached out to UPS for confirmation and, thankfully, they awarded me a refund.

Overall, my experience with WooCommerce has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The lack of communication, the fake tracking number, and the delivery mishap have left me feeling cheated and deceived. I am grateful that Paypal intervened and resolved the issue by refunding my money. However, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this particular seller on WooCommerce.
