I don't recommend buying from this company, to be honest. The communication is lacking and the replies are all the same without any clear answers to my inquiries.

I had to wait a long time for my delivery, and to my surprise, I was charged 12 pounds for a custom charge which was not stated before, causing inconvenience as I had to drive for 30 minutes to settle the payment and collect my package.

To add insult to injury, the product is of poor quality and offers no support. The beige colour is also not of high quality, and looks cheaply made.

Based on my experience, I have decided to never order from this company again. And I recommend that you consider your other options instead of buying from here.

I bought a couple of those ponytail baseball caps from WomanOcean and let me tell you: it was a complete waste of my time and money. I was so excited to receive them, but it took them around 2 months to arrive at my house - which is quite longer than most places. When the package finally arrived, I opened it, and I was so disappointed with what I saw. The caps were so poorly made and seemed like they came from a dollar store. The worst part was that the brims of the caps weren't even sewn on straight! Can you believe that? They claim to be a company based in the USA, but they shipped the caps from China. So basically, I wasted $55 AUD on cheaply made dollar-store-quality products. Honestly, I bet WISH would have been a better choice for me, and for only $7! I really don't recommend buying anything from WomanOcean because, at the end of the day, it's just not worth your time and money.

I bought something from WomanOcean, but I didn't vibe with it, so I sent it back to the address listed on the little piece of paper they included in the box. However, even though I went through all the steps, they didn't give me my money back. I guess they couldn't find the package because it didn't have a tracking number, and they were all like "sorry, can't help you". I tried getting in touch with them by messaging them on Facebook, and they told me that maybe my package ended up at their fancy Corporate Office. So I asked them for the contact info for that place, but they were like "nah, can't give that to you either". Total bummer, man.

I recently purchased some items from WomanOcean and sadly I was disappointed with the quality. The bras had no support at all, making it uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. They included "padded inserts" but in reality, it was just a small piece of fabric that didn't really do anything but show through the flimsy cups, making it look silly. I was really looking forward to wearing them out, but this made me change my mind.

Furthermore, if you want to return any items, you have to cover the cost of the return shipping yourself. And if that wasn't enough, they also charge a restocking fee which can be quite pricey. It's frustrating because these products are not worth the hassle or the money.

To make matters worse, they remove any negative reviews from their website. It's not fair to potential customers who want to make an informed decision about purchasing from this site. It's like they are hiding something.

Overall, I would not recommend shopping at WomanOcean. The items are really poor quality and there is no customer support to answer your questions or concerns. It's a shame because they have some cute designs, but the execution is just not there. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for better quality products.

I must say, I was in hot pursuit of some trendy and stylish clothes offered on WomanOcean's website (womanocean.com). Their website was quite colorful and well-organized, and I was swept away by the shipping promises. I got sucked into many adorable items, and their customer service team seemed responsive and friendly at first.

However, my hopes were dashed when I embarked on an arduous journey of waiting for my package. Despite paying the $40 bill, I kept pacing to the mailbox for several weeks, but nothing showed up. Nevertheless, the company kept sending me emails inquiring whether I had received my order. I explained the entire conundrum to them, and they quickly shot back some suggestions for me to follow up with. I tried checking with the USPS and asking my family members, but it turned out to be a futile exercise.

To make things worse, when I eventually hit them up to demand some form of compensation, they blatantly ignored my request. I was left with nothing but an empty bank account, an unfulfilled wardrobe, and a sense of frustration.

Something tells me that WomanOcean might be notorious for disappointing their clients as I noticed that the company did not show any interest in addressing my complaint about the missing package. They only apologized and asked if I could write a review about my experience, which made me think they do not take responsibility for their shortcomings.

I did as they asked, and to my horror, my comment never made it to their website. Apparently, they cull only positive feedback from their clients and do not bother to take corrective actions.

In my opinion, WomanOcean is not worth trusting, and I would not recommend anyone to do business with them.

Ordered a cami from WomanOcean and thought it would be a good lift and support for me based on their pictures and advertising. However, when I received the product, I was disappointed to find out that it didn't live up to my expectations. The cami was indeed padded but it didn't give me the lift that I was looking for. Instead, it just flattened my chest and made me look unflattering under my clothes.

Moreover, the padding looks extremely unnatural and out of place. It resembles the top of flat mushrooms which isn't a flattering look for women. I was really hoping that this cami would give me the support and lift that I needed, but it just turned out to be another disappointment.

To make matters worse, I can't even return it as their only solution is to send another size - even though I already got the proper size. I'm just out of my money and have a useless cami that does absolutely nothing for me. It's frustrating and disappointing to receive a product that doesn't live up to its own claims. I won't be ordering from WomanOcean again after this experience.

I gotta say, buying from WomanOcean was a real bummer. I mean, I placed my order back on November 30th and wouldn't you know it, come December 27th- still nothing! And don't even get me started on the lousy tracking they gave me. I mean, it said my order was "on the way" all the way from China for practically a whole month! Seriously, for a company that can't even get their shipping info straight, it's no wonder they don't display any reviews on their own site. Talk about shady. I mean, I am seriously bummed out about this whole thing. Needless to say, don't waste your time with these guys. They got nothing on the real players in the game.

I saw a really nice sequined top on WomanOcean's website and decided to place an order. The pictures made it look like a great quality item, so I was excited for it to arrive. After waiting a long time, I received a notification that my order would be shipped from China. Finally, when it did arrive, I was disappointed to find that the material was very thin and flimsy, almost like a table napkin. The sequins were barely attached and looked like they would fall off at any moment. To say the least, the quality was very poor.

After this experience, I wanted to send the top back to WomanOcean for a refund. Although they did eventually refund me, they told me that I did not have to send the top back to them. I'm not sure what to make of that, but it seems like a strange policy for a clothing company.

Overall, I would not recommend purchasing clothes from WomanOcean. While their prices may seem enticing, the quality of their items leaves much to be desired. If you're looking for something that will last more than one wear, it's probably best to look elsewhere.

I reached out to WomanOcean in line with their return policy, but decided not to return the item due to the current pandemic situation and the hassle of going to the post office. The cami I ordered was not as advertised on their website. It does not stay in place and keeps riding up, regardless of whether it is tucked in or not. The removable pads are not effective and tend to bunch up, which makes it difficult to smooth them out. Moreover, the bra area is too tight, giving the impression of having only one breast and an overall flattening effect. Unfortunately, my experience with this product was not satisfactory, which is why I won't be shopping with them again and cannot recommend them to others.

So, I say the videos online of these camis from WomanOcean and thought, "Hmm, maybe I should give it a shot." Well, it arrived and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to put on - I just stepped into it and it slid right up. However, as soon as I got it on, I knew I had ordered the wrong size. It was too big! And to make matters worse, the padding in the bra part was all scrunched up. I had to fiddle with it for a bit to smooth it out and get it to look right.

So, while the bra part fit okay, the overall quality of the cami wasn't what I was hoping for. It wasn't firm and tight enough, so unfortunately I won't be buying anything else from WomanOcean. But don't get me wrong, I'm not going to return it or anything. I'll just give it away to someone who can use it! Overall, it wasn't a total win for me.
