All they can do is send an email to the accounting department and promise to call back when they get an answer. But guess what? They never call back. It's been more than 6 weeks and I'm tired of all the excuses they give, especially blaming COVID-19. I have a log of every call, date, time, and response, but I can't fit it all here.
