They say it'll take 2-3 business days, then 6-7 business days, and now they're saying 6 weeks. I've been put on hold for a long time, hung up on, and every agent doesn't know anything about my refund. All they can do is send an email to the accounting department and promise to call back when they get an answer. But guess what? They never call back. It's been more than 6 weeks and I'm tired of all the excuses they give, especially blaming COVID-19. I have a log of every call, date, time, and response, but I can't fit it all here. They already have their product back, which didn't work like they said it would, so I just want my refund. Can you please help me? Thanks for your help.
