I had a credit limit of $200. I ordered a few things, and made a few payments of $30. I then ordered two pairs of shorts, and ended up returning one. I got confirmation on the tracking through the post office, that it was delivered back to them. I got zero credit for returning them. I tried to talk to customer service, and literally no one would help me. Everyone said it wasn't their Department. I had a balance of $111. Then I started getting bombarded with phone calls and letters demanding payment, and still no one would give me credit for the shorts I returned, or even talk to me about it on the phone. Website online was a dead end as well. I kept telling them I wasn't going to make another payment until I saw credit for the shorts that I returned, and that I knew for a fact they had received. They just kept coming after me for their money, which just kept growing and growing and growing. Fast forward to today, I just got served paperwork, because they started the process so that they can garnish my wages for what they are saying is now $532 that I owe them. Really wish I would have believed all the reviews that I saw, and steered clear of them!
