I have submitted an order for £14 for Hair Clipper Electric Hair Trimmer but my account was debited for £323 and I received the item but I did not order and I did not want it.
I would like to make a formal complaint about this as it is extremely inconvenient and would like my money to be refunded with immediate action.
Please get back to me as soon as possible.

I have several items that are too small. I ordered a lot of things. When I go to the support page, I must upload a picture in order to place return. I cannot upload a picture, so what do I do in order to return these items. Items are not damaged in any way, but they are much too small as I did not know about the sizing difference. I am very dissatisfied with your company. I ordered 2 dresses on April 8th. They were not delivered until April 25. I was very excited only to find out the dresses are not what I expected because they don't fit right. I have requested that I be refunded, which took about a month for both items. I have requested a shipping label at least twice, if not three times. I am not receiving an address. If I cannot be an honest consumer I refuse to continue with this business. I now feel guilty even though I have tried to reach out through the phone, the app and the website.

I have had several issues already with this app and heard many different complaints aboit people not being able to view orders or receive orders and now it's happening to me and im angry can't contact support blank screen or view my order details because it's also blank this site should be banned from internet if people are being scammed out of their money!

I ordered multiple things from wish and the tpac sweater i recieved has a printing error on it. Instead of saying trust nobody it says trust 'nobooy'. I also ordered a pink adidog sweater in a large and the one i was given is very very small not even close to a large.

I wear a size 10 and what I recieved from Wish was a (44) and it was still a size too small.. Need to exchange for larger size.( one size too small) Plus just ordered another pair today May 28 th 2019, but your site didn't give me a chance to confirm the size, or price. I Wish for these things to be corrected and the latest pair to be reduced to the same price as the fisrt pair which was $25.00/ Also need to send the first pair for correct size. Thank you..

My order was cancelled just today and I only found out through the app. Now you want me to take a picture of my driver's license? I call fraud and scam. Your customer support page is a joke. Using only prepared questions and answers to talk to us is lazy and incompetent. I will never use WISH again. The first order I placed was perfect, obviously meant to deceive.

I ordered and paid for a lighting FX unit some time ago and it never arrived. The only thing that did arrive was a piece of electonic cable. I was told by Wish that it was delivered through the letterbox, but the unit could never fit through a letterbox. I have sent of two request already and have received no answers. I had ordered my collapsible straw with a clear lipgloss, a pink glitter gloss and a pair of colored contacts. I had gotten everything else except for the straw. I had deleted the app after I had received 3/4 of what I bought. It has now been over two weeks and I still don't have it. When I had redownloaded the app it had said I had made no purchases. I payed for what I ordered and I haven't gotten all of what I ordered.
