someone hacked into my wish accounts and use my card that was stored on my wish account and ordered stuff and had it sent to a different address
My Google account was hacked and then they went in and hacked my wish account and re change my password and ordered stuff from the credit card that was my fiance is that is stored for my wish account. I need someone to contact me as soon as possible. None of these items was delivered on my address! I have contacted customer support many times, but they just saying wait longer! The final delivery date was today - 14.11.2018. There was a laptop in my cart that I did not put in there. Luckily I saw it before I checked out. I then noticed the name and address in the ship to field was Ivan Eremkin with the same address as stated above. You need to update your account, remove his name and address and change your password. I also unchecked the box to show Wish ads on my Facebook account. Yes, Ivan hacked your account but you didn't pay attention to what you had in your account when checking out or who it was going to. You have to pay attention to detail.

i have been hounded by these messages everytime i turn my phone on and off again another of the same message appears. I have stopped it once before by going through the proper channels but now they have started reappearing again under a different number i.e [protected]. It first appeared back around the 7th November. i have been a long time customer of 5+ years but if i am going to be continuously harrassed this way i would rather delete my account. i have tried to go into the app to delete my number but that isnt an option of choice. in fact it doesnt even display my number for me to change it, whcih is a bit of a hostage situation. I dont want information about events or products rammed down my throat. if i choose to look at these things - then the choice is mine.

These were due to arrive on or befor oct 30/18 but nothing came. They then changed the arrival date but the items still haven't arrived. They flagged my account because I ask for refunds for items that never come, some don't even leave China yet somehow they should miraculously be delivered? They refuse to allow complaints and they have scammed me out of my money on more than one occasion. They claimed to be looking into another missing order of a few items that never came and decided to just block me from getting assistance and will not give my money back even on guaranteed refunds

falsely being flagged for too many refunds
I have spent over 3 thousand dollars at WISH in the last year, I wouldve called myself a loyal customer...before WISH started stealing my money...Many items I have ordered, have not and still have never been delivered. So I ask for refunds, as why would anybody pay for something they didn't receive. At first I was sent my refunds no problem, so I felt safe to spend a lot more money at WISH. Now that I've spent thousands, I've been flagged as asking for too many refunds. Basically called a thief. And not only am I refused refunds on items, and theirs lots that have not been delivered, I cannot even get a refund on damaged items or get the respect to talk to an actual person. NEVER have I asked for a refund on an item that I had received, that would be stealing, and seems to be more how WISH works! Out of all my refunds only 2 items ever showed up after getting the refund, and that was 3.5 months after the expected delivery date. I know now that WISH is just a scam and are no different than a common criminal, and I will do my utmost to warn other potential customers of how the scam works. It's infuriating trying to deal with customer support, as it seems to be beyond their intelligence level, that if items don't show up because of WISH"S choice of delivery system, a normal law abiding person is going to ask for a refund. And the more you spend equals the more items being delivered, equals the more chances of multiple items being "lost" in transit! Some items I have to sign for at my local postal office...wow what a great idea, so there's no confusion on what items have been delivered, or not 😏...right now I have upwards of 50 items I'm waiting on, some are already 30 days past the expected delivery date, and although I constantly let Wish know that I hadn't received them, I was continually told because I've been flagged they wouldn't talk to me or give me a refund. Now I'm told it's too late for a refund 😡 So I've already had money stolen from me by WISH in this manner with the potential for WISH to steal hundreds more from me. What a disgusting way for a company to treat their loyal customers. If items I pay my hard earned money for don't get delivered to me because of WISH'S Poor choice of delivery system, how is this the customers fault? Then WISH has the nerve to call the customer a thief by flagging their account! I will NEVER spend my money at your site again and I will spend hours trying to warn other potential customers of what a disgusting scamming criminal company that WISH is...hope you feel great about stealing money from a honest law abiding person. I was also flagged for "asking" for too many refunds! I have NEVER asked for a refund unless the item was the wrong size, or it didn't show up! When and if the item eventually arrived, I always asked about how to return the original item. Their answer of course was always that I was to keep the item as a gift for my inconvenience, and that another would he sent to me asap!
I recently had an incident with WISH. I was browsing their site one evening and had ONLY viewed some items. I did NOT even put anything in my cart! I did, however, have 6 things in my cart that I was planning on ordering when I had more money. Next day I notice a notification "thanking me for my order!" I panicked, as I hadn't placed an order in a while. I looked in order history and it showed that 17 items had been ordered the night before, and I had apparently paid over $330 for stuff I didn't even order! ALSO, the 6 items that I had in my cart already were still there!?
I IMMEDIATELY sent a message to customer support and asked that the entire order be cancelled and refunded! I didn't want the stuff, nor would I have ever ordered these things! It was just woke stupid hair stuff and junk! WISH said that 5 of 17 items had already been processed and that I couldn't request a refund until they were delivered. The other 12 items were cancelled and refunded, but I had to request refunds for each item individually! Why couldn't WISH just refund everything at once? Anyway, when I rec'd the 5 items that had already been processed, I asked where and how to return them...they didnt answer me, and just sent the refunds. Now, if you add the 12 items from that day to the other items I have never rec'd or rec'd late, then ya...it may look bad, but considering I tried to have the order stopped, it would appear I am not the criminal they are making me out to be. I have ordered SO much stuff from WISH! They are losing many good customers with this [censored]!

Sounds as if once we're flagged we're not getting our money back. Maybe instead of waiting for them to respond to my appeal I should just dispute it with my bank... I just got flagged for requesting too many refunds... only once did I ask for a refund because I never received the item. One other time I ordered a model that arrived broken so I asked for an exchange. I sent the proof they requested to show it was broken. Instead, I was given this entire story about how it's difficult to return the item and exchange it and they rather just refund it. So I just said okay, not knowing that would've been enough to get flagged. Now not only have I not received my other item, almost 2 wks after the scheduled date, but now I have to wait for my appeal to see if I will ever get to see my money again.

Same here I’m flagged. Yes, I do request, for theres no other options to request other then refund. Also, I go to customer service when they ask me in regards if the item as arrived. When I receive, wrong size, wrong color, damaged, it broke within less than a month, etc. It’s the same thing as returning in a department store, it’s best to show a receipt. I provide all the things WISH request, plus it’s stated in the item details. A couple of the customer service ask for a picture of the package, I’ve gone digging through my trash, some I was able to find and some I didn’t, most likely it’s already in the dumpster. I started to buy things again, per WISH, to get on good standard. But I stopped because I still have outstanding items that I haven’t received and a couple stuff, to return, note: some of those shows it’s been delivered and only have 30 days.
This flagged happened about 2 weeks ago or so. While flagged, I was able to ‘rate’ the item, I answer the question, “have you received the item”, yes, and continue on with ‘rate’. Just a few days ago and just now, WISH now blocked me from rating the item? What’s going on and when do they lift this flag off a us. I don’t trust them to keep buying to get on good standards

I got an email saying payment was pending for a recent Wish order. I had not logged in for a long time and didn't even have the ap on my phone anymore so I though it was click bait. Good thing I checked anyway because supposedly I ordered 2 smart watch bands for $95! I would never have placed such an order! There is absolutely no way I could have accidentally placed any orders since I didn't have the ap and didnt log in! I even had to look up my password to get in and cancel the order! They were trying to charge the only card they had in my payment information, which was thankfully empty! Im sure customer support will ignore my demand for answers. Everyone seems to say they don't ever get a reply from them for anything. Now it seems obvious why!

Items are affordable but that comes at a high price. My experience using this app was terrible. Deliveries come most of the time after the expected date. I had +9 items lost, that were sent to an unknown incorrect address. Refunds are not easy to get in those cases. The UX of making claims is super bureaucratic. When you want to make a claim you never have an actual human customer representative to talk with and you have to make a new ticket per item. When there is an actual human and you explain that your issue and that you already checked in the surrounding areas, contacted post-office they just recommend you to do that as they were not listening to you. Nobody responds to emails. Contact information is hidden or not visible on their website. If you want to do refunds because of that, you can do with some but then your account is flagged and you cannot contact support anymore. There is no guarantee you will receive the actual items. I suspect that is part of their business model. I had been dealing with customer support for more than a month and the issue is still unsolved. I hope this helps new users. DO NOT USE WISH.com. I will only recommend this app to my worst enemy.

I ordered nine insulated cold canvas stripe picnic bags. I have received three and they are nothing like the picture and of poor quality nothing like I expected. This was my first order with wish I ordered because of the return policy, which states if not happy items can be returned. Wish refunded my money for the first 2 but when I requested a refund for the 3rd one my account has been flag as a frequent refund requester and abuser of their generous refund policy and I am blocked from communicating with them. If they are all the same of course I would request a refund for all. So much for honoring a policy.

I have no access to the Wish web site for many months now. Going to Wish.com and asking for my password to be sent to me results in no response as they respond only to the CURRENT owner of the account.
I pay for products as I receive them as I have no way to report that the item has not been received, was received completely different to advertised, was received but never ordered by me or was received damaged.
Please tell me how to get my Wish account back from hackers who now seem intent on also stealing my livelihood.
When I went to a web site in general chat of wish on the day my account was stolen, I found hundreds of messages to wish on the very same chat board from users who were in my exact predicament. I haven't ordered from Wish since November and that order was fine but last night after I placed my order I noticed my shipping address was to Roman Sayanov in New Jersey. I use PayPal with wish so it doesn't appear that any damage was done.(no fraudulent orders) I was able to change the address so at least my order will come to me
I had a time without use my wish account, and when I try to order something it ask for a payment method, I use the same card that the last time... I didn’t realize the mistake until I check the order... they refunded it automatically 3 days later... I check the option of Same as shipping address... and this appear.
