In the month of march 20/20 I placed several orders I haven't received yet. Have been trying to to reach out to you but getting the same response. Here's my orders.. A yellow women's fashion sleeveless slim sexy short bodycon rompers xxl, burgundy women tracksuit two piece outfit top fitness autumn velvet suit xxl, sexy lady clearwear play party bodycon rompers trouser, red stretchy strap long slim mini dress sleeveless, yellow women's vintage verical striped mini sexy button cami dress

I placed an order in the 30th of April, in which 3 items were supposed to arrive by the 18th May and the other on the 19th.

I've been watching the "tracking" of the orders religiously, and all I can describe it's as is absolute shambles. One of the orders haven't been updated since 12th May, another hasn't been updated since 6th May, one of them hasn't been updated since 5th May, and the last one hasn't been updated since 7th May! This isn't good enough, I expected all of these items to be updated regularly and my items to be here by the given date! I even had a pop up from the app saying the orders were being delivered faster than expected.

I'm appalled to have ordered from Wish and I would like a refund on all of my shipping. I'm never ordering from Wish again after this experience.

I recieved a small envelope from wish and it was empty. There was no info inside and just the address label for shipping.

I purchased this hair in 14 inches with another item, totaling 34.75... Immediately after purchasing/processing this order, I realized I wanted the same hair weave in 12 inches as well. I then proceed to ordering it and the wish system locks me out, debits my account, gives me a confirmation # on the 2nd order (20.00), as well as the 1st order previously made (34.75), puts a message on my screen and advises me to contact customer support. This was on april 30...

Because I could get no one in their customer support dept to answer, and there was no phone # listed to speak with anyone at wish, and my money for both orders was already out of my account, I cancelled the 1st and 2nd order... The same day or within 24-48 hrs., I was fully refunded for the 1st order of 34.75...14 days letter, I still don't have my 2nd order credit of 20.00 for my 2nd order; this is the order that locked me out - after taking my money.

I see from the many complaints, this occurs often... No one to talk to at wish, lots of emails from customer support with no real answers are being sent, no way to reactivate your account or how to get your money back... It's ridiculous and a crying shame!

If my money isn't back in my account tmrw morning I will call the bbb, and if wish gets shut down, so be it. Enough of this back and forth... You hold even customer's twenties, you get rich!

Well I have been trying to make a purchase and I done sent my Identification card and everything to you. I have not been able to make a purchase and I still have not received my packages yet from last month and also haven't heard from y'all at all since then.. Now I cannot use my wish account to do anything

To whom it may concern,
I purchased the two items above and paid for express shipping . Two weeks later and so still don't have them . I want a refund for this non express shopping.

Made me wait over a month and a half now telling me to be additional month-and-a-half I want my money back your customer service does not exist it's a f****** computer now I got a computer saying my complaint is too short I have to make it longer it's pretty simple you took my money and gave me nothing give me my Goddamn money back there's that longer

I have 3 unauthorized entries from Wish on my credit card. Fortunately one of these entries is a credit back into my account for the amount taken out earlier. Then there is $85 taken out of my mastercard on the 7th May. I have no idea what these entries are about. Can you look into this for me? There are no other details for these entries! Can you please reimburse me for the $85 debited on the 7th May 2020 and I would also like to know how these transactions happened without me knowing?

I am having to stop buying from your site as my card since updating it on your system doesn't want to register that it has been updated as there is always a payment issue never had an issue before but I have tried to resolve this but to no avail to this end after years of happy service I am having to withdraw my service to you and your sister company cute which I am still waiting for two orders purchased on my old card if I don't recieve them soon I wil be applying for a refund

I ordered a coloring book to be sent to post office box 431 Iron Station North Carolina 28080. I received an email confirming that my order was delivered only to find out that it was delivered to somewhere on someone's front porch / door in Dallas North Carolina. I do not understand how either of those two have anything in common and got confused with one another. I ordered a bunch of stuff from wish such as shirts, phone cases AirPod case and pillow case and etc and when I go into my order history section does this mean it's cancelled my order or what does it mean because nothing comes up at all and I've been waiting for at least 2 months for my order to come in and nothings coming in, everything's gone apart from 1 item I spent over $60 and it's all gone from my order history please get get back to me asap because I wanna sort this problem out thanks !

I was first asked to send in my bank statement which I had a prepaid card so after months of dealing with that and not being able to order they said to send my id my account is still locked and now for the 2nd time the $30 I put on there for my wish cash is gone and this time it's not being fixed I think they should unlock my account give me back my money and do something extra for the trouble

In the last 2 months I was charged to my credit card for 2 items i never purchased. One was fully refunded to my card and the other was refunded but to wish dollars! totalling 27 $. I want a credit back to my credit card not for future purchases. This is fraud and not an authorized transaction by me.
