China Post says this was delivered on it's tracking, but I never did receive it. Brylle Ian in Wish Customer Support will not help me, beyond telling me that tracking says delivered, and I should look around for it. USPS told me they do not scan China Post tracking numbers when they deliver, so the China post saying it was delivered it not valid. Also, this item is $6.30 I'm not going to lie about not receiving it, and it's a matter of principle. Brylle Ian in Wish Customer Support has been obstinate and keeps closing my "tickets" as solved. I don't consider " go look for it" a solution. I will never order from Wish again.

If possible can you please provide me with the tracking number? Not sure why post office said they can't track it when they most certainly can. You have to speak to an actual rep. They can let you know if package made it to US. On another note I purchased this same item from Joom. It's a way better site and every item has a warranty and no shopping cost.

Same thing happened to me. Very frustrating. Apparently this is their common practice. I have no idea how they can still be in business. But then again they are getting our money and not sending the products we ordered so they are making bank. Smh

Wish my account

Have been shopping on wish for a couple of years, Now all of sudden, they are blocking a purchase, I am trying to make. I have done what they asked contacting their support. I sent screen shot of my banking information, showing a previous purchase. They email me in a foreign language, which I cannot read, I then reply asking them to email me in English, Three emails later, they are still sending email in a foreign language. The original reason they gave for hold on my account stated i asked for too many refunds, I never asked for not even one refund. I am so done with this site.

Wish entire order

I am trying to cancel a large order that was placed around July 5th. I want to cancel the entire order for there is not enough in my account for this order please cancel asap I was just looking for different items for my wedding in June 2020 but some how my order got ordered and i did not want that. I have shopped with wish for a long time but have never had this kind of trouble if this does not get canceled i will be returning everything and will tell all my friends of this ordeal and will be done with wish for good.

Unfortunately as you may have already discovered you can't return anything to wish and they barely ever cancel an order. My sister went through the same thing. You have to contact your bank and file a dispute if you didn't place the order.

aaron morales bought a computer chair from wish and it never was recieved they told me that it would be delivered on july 4th 2019 it was never sent out to me so i want my money back 25 dollars

Wish video doorbell

i ordered a video door bell a floureon that was on the wish app and i recieved it today 7/8/2019 it was totally smashed and cant be used. i want the doorbell replaced or a full refund. the package came from a Jason Wang

Wish not delivering

I ordered a water pipe on June 21st and it said it will be delivered today on July 7th. I feel likd i got f***ed over. That is not cool. Now.if i dont get my package im getting the law involved. I wamt justice. If i were you i would satisfy your customer instead of RIPPING them off. I am NOT happy with this company Wish. Ive waiting long enough and im tired of it. I really hope you guys make the right decision or we will go to court. I dont think anyone wants that. Just get me my water pipe, come on. It cost me $50 plus $12 shipping from China (which i did not know about) but still it says its in the U.S. I want my package and please oh please help me with that. Thank you

I really hope you make a.good decision..Wish, do not mess with me. We will go to court and ill win. I am DISGUSTED that my package didnt even come in. Now shortly if it dont come in, im getting the AMERICAN JUSTICE SY

Wish no information about my product

Placed order june16th 2019.Received watsapp message the tracking information.When i checking the tracking after june 23rd no status at all, .Whem im sending message and asking for the information noone is replying.You guys take the money immediately but very poor response and no information about my product.Either return my money back or i need to receive my product immediately.Such a bad service you are doing.

Wish wrong product sent!

I ordered a Toroto toy for my friends birthday and instead of sending the toy, I was sent an adults pacifier! I waited a few weeks to see if it was just a random thing I was sent but the Totoro toy did not come in.
I've been trying to contact customer service for months trying to find out what is going on with no avail!
It's been very concerning for me as I have had to explain to family and friends the context of the pacifier! I don't even know why it was sent to me in the first place!

Wish my user account.???

I would like to know how to fix this problem and how I got it so please email me at [protected]@gmail.com I have rated and replyed to questions and scanned several photos that really annoyed me because that would not leave my screen. Wish service

I have submitted everything they want several times and still unable to order anything else I've ordered quite a bit the last few months and now nothing I'm about to give up I have tried to change my payment method and they still want the same stuff bank statement and I d. I don't know what else I can do they really need to fix this problem I'm sure they've lost a lot of customers because of this. There's a lot of things I want to order.

Wish wish customer service and requesting a copy of my back statement

Wish has been requesting a copy of my bank statement verifying purchases I've made in the past and they say until I send the statement my account is blocked. I have been shopping with wish for a couple of years and and I've never encountered such nonsense/unprofessionalism! Also, they took the money out of my bank account for my last order before blocking me and then they added the money to my "WISH" dollars which I can't spend BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED! They should have refunded my money right back to my bank account. I've messaged them about this and I'm getting no explanation/appropriate response! I don't know what kind of shenanigans or deceitful practices they're trying to pull and I certainly am not giving them my personal I formation. Shame on WISH!?

Wish everything

I have been using wish for quite some time now and that stops today! this isnt a business... This is a way for greedy people to take advantage of people who are trying to shop at a cheaper price. And instead of having enough respect for your consumers you hide behind automated text! regardless of how much i have or havent spent i deserve the right to complain to an actual human! for the last time i received the wrong item (not even close to what i ordered) in the wrong size and in the wrong color! [censored] wish! you people are literally the worst! we deserve better!

Wish payment issues

Every time I try to place an order it keeps sayin there is an issue with my payment method.also I have wish cash available and when I try to use it all it says is they want proof of my identity, my wish cash is about to run out in a few days and I don't think it's right if I Lose it, I have been using wish for a long time and I'm actually very annoyed at the way I'm being treated, I'd be grateful if u would be able to resolve this for me

Wish unethical behaviour

I have e-mailed wish with all the complaints i needed and they didnt even get back to me with a sloution i am really not happy because items that i did not purchase where coming to my house and moeny from my bank card was taken such as a phone which was £40 that i did not purchase also when i buy an item always about 3, 4 come when i had only ordered 1 and again money gets taken each time i am really really not happy and i would like someone to get back to me as soon as possible.

Wish need to have return credit back

I wrote to let you know that an order I received in May was not appropriately displayed on site. I did receive $4, but since the order came in 2 separate packages, I did not receive the complete $16 dollars back. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com and the order was 4 headbands and one pair of earrings. I would appreciate a full refund. Thank you.

Wish wish payment issue

I have been trying to purchase items from wish for months now but it keeps saying there is something wrong with my wish account, and I cant make a payment. I have changed my payment method from PayPal to debit card and it hasn't helped. I have bought things from here before and this never happened, It is driving me crazy, can someone tell me what is wrong with this?

Wish how not receive my products

Yes i order three items on June 23, 2019 and still have not received the three items which was Summer Women Rome Slingback black and Beige also purchased the Plus Size Spring Summer Dress Navy Blue and still have not received anything. On June 23 placed order and it has already come through the bank as being paid... Would like to know where the order is since I especially purchased dress and shoes for a wedding..

Wish fraudulent charges

I was ripped up to the tune of 232.00 on july 1, 2019. Someone hacked into my banking account and charged my debit card im outraged. I. Never even ordered anything from wish before. Im currently awaiting on the company to email me back. This js ridiculous for someone to rip off something I worked hard for... How do I even go by loomomg up charges I dont even have a order then on the website it shows I have 8 hours to cancel but how can j do that if it wasnt me that placed the order.. Im outraged

Wish an order you refuse to let me cancel

My kids got ahold of my phone and placed an order I cannot afford and everytime I try to cancel it it says payment pending and sends me back to my order history to which It is just the same thing over and over again someone help this is over 100$ for 2 items I don't know how my kids got my phone but I need this order cancelled as soon as possible!

Wish earbuds/laptop cover

I place an order on May 13 for three items White Ear Pods/and Rose gold Ear Pod$ 5.70and 5.00 each for shipping! And a wrong item a table cover not a table it self at a cost of 35.00 and 12.99 shipping So i returned the items once i text support and got the return label i mailed it back on June 10 2019. The items has been returned to the company on June 17, 2019. So now where is my total refund 46.40 for items and 22.99 for shipping which is total 69.39
