Wish charged my card 5 times for one order and I want the money back for all transactions! I didn't want to be charged more then once for one order and I used wosh all the time and this is the FIRST time this has happened to me! I am not sure why I was charged 5 times for one transaction and that needs to be fixed immediately! I am very in happy that this happened to me and I hope this can be fixed as soon as possible!

I got my free gift from wish, but then not only did they charge me twice for shipping, they also put it on hold. Then they want me to email them and they have not responded at all. Nor does the companies phone number answers. All it tells me to do is go back to the application and submit a complaint with the email that wish provides. I am very upset and don't know how to get this fixed. Angry customer.

I need an investigation opened or please guide me on how to start an investigation for 2 items never received. Please help me and/or email me back at [protected]@aol.com

What happens now? Do they mail me the items again because if they do I just want to just put my dad's address that has cameras facing the mailbox. This way I have proof in what the heck happen to my packages. Please guide me. Thank you.

I've had a hold put on my account because they say, im not me, sent them back statement of all wish transactions for the month of Oct 20 2016, they went through on the 21 because my bank Chase paid and charged me a fee, I've been with Chase for years and I've had my email for years and they say it doesn't match . Also sent license with bank statement, I don't like sending my bank statement and license through email, it's not safe, so I told them I'm not sending anything else, I've ordered clothes, shoes, hats, shades, jewelry, etc. My ole old email is [protected]@yahoo.com

I am very disappointed in wish services. I have order more than 3 months ago and still did not received any of my packages. I even contact the post offices and they could not track these packages. I will not ever buy from wish again. Very disappointed.

What happen to my order history. I have ordered a couple things and they are not showing. Everything I bought has been deleted except the free Oder I got for signing up. I need to know where my order history is or has it been deleted all together. Please let me know something soon, thank you. Please contact me, I don't have anything else to say, but order history is missing where I have purchased several things. Har blivit blockerad och vet inte varför, frågar flera gånger men får bara samma svar att ni inte kan ta bort blockeringen pga av er policy. Men förstår inte varför jag blivit blockerad. Har saker som inte kommit som jag vill ha pengar tillbaka för, annars kan ni betala tillbaks allt de som är kvar, så kan jag avsluta mitt konto sp handlar jag inte mer. Dåligt att inte ge ett ordentligt svar på varför msn blivit blockerad.

Hi I have a huge complaint! My sister had ordered something from the wish app and then it started ordering from itself! We have been trying to contact you guys, but all we get is a voice mail! We are very furious and wish to speak to someone! If we aren't able too, then we'll have to do something about it! I thank you for your "time" and "effort. This app sucks.

Trying to fill out return page. I hit the item I want to return and it ask me for a photo even though I selected one. Website is poor when you want to return an item. I had this problem with another return.
I tried filling this out about 5 times, trying something different. This is highly unusual for a company to have no problem ordering but trying to refund is trying to say the least.

I recently got a $100 MasterCard as a gift, got it registered today, and went to spend almost $80 on Wish for Christmas presents. I entered all the information, and went to pay. The site won't accept my card. I know it works just fine as I successfully ordered stuff from another site earlier. I checked and the balance is definitely there. There is absolutely no reason for Wish to not accept my card, it just won't. Fix this!

I placed an order in august of this year, I was given tracking number but the numbers could not be found, one item the order was cancelled which was the glass screen protector, I didn't cancel this, genuine brand jewelry9.25, 2016 vintage antique sterling silver anket, sterling silver ear studs, luxury bling diamond embossed phone wallet, and the vintage tibetan silver bib party statement necklace.

I absolutely love wish.com. I have purchased hundreds of items and have been satisfied almost every time. However, the latest update has changed the search window. I begin scrolling through the pictures and click on one that interests me. Then, when I leave that item window, I am automatically put back at the start of the search screen. It is too frustrating to continue. I would love to look through the items, but because of this new method, I do not search anymore. Please fix this issue; return to the way it was before.

I won a free gift on the daily giveaway. It will motley me place my order. A boxpopped up they said " You have invalid daily giveaways in your cart". I was on the app ten minutes early looking through the items and when I selected the one I wanted whic was a 5 or 6pc Let her house combination. If I was supposed to select the 5pc why was the 6pc even an option?!

About 3 weeks ago, I went on line and ordered a things.
I used our debit card to pay for them. I also started a wish list, Those items was on a wish list for a reason. There was a group of us, and I was charge $140 .00 that should not have taken at that particular time.

I am disabled and on benefits, you (wish company) have used my debit card information in a fraudulent way.

I am called, I have tried to email and fax, and yet nothing. This in the way you
want to loose your status? By stealing government benefits. Sorry I can't and won't stay silent
