I ordered an adult toy and some bandage stuff almost a month ago it was charged to my card but it is nowhere in my cart so I can't track it and would like to know where my stuff is at or I would like my money back. Is there a way someone could explain to me where my order is at or how to find it because the 800 number was not helpful to me at all and I'm starting to. Very upset. So someone help me.

I am trying to get customer support for three items stuck in my shopping cart and cannot pay as the screen says oops not able to ship to Canada. I cannot order anything else as it keeps adding items but am not able to pay. I cannot remove these items from the shopping cart as they have not been paid, and there is no way I can cancel them either. None of the things described in the customer tutorial address this so cannot solve this issue.
I have tried calling wish but keep getting referred back to the website which does not address my issue. I cannot even see the in my order history to identify them as they are stuck as unpaid in the shopping cart.. This is very frustrating. Please do not refer me back to the website to find my issue as it does not exist. Please specifically help me remove these items that are stuck in the shopping cart. Is there a # I can call to speak to someone personally PLEASE...?

I ordered a Mr & Mrs white wooden sign and all I received was the letter A. I added a picture below. I tried to look it up on the App and it don't even show it any more. I want my sign that I ordered for my wedding and have been putting good reviews on your site. I have only had this problem and hope it can be fixed. Maar kon niets hierover in mijn bestelstatus terug vinden.
Volgens Wish krijg je het dan na 5 a 7 dagen teruggestort op je rekening, maar tot heden is dat nog niet gebeurd.
Graag zou ik het dekbed opnieuw willen bestellen maar kan dit pas doen als ik mijn geld terug heb mogen ontvangen.

This product has holes in the lace.
But I am over all disappointed in my complete order. After I had went threw and placed my order and went to check out I noticed that you system split up my order. Why I don't know but it caused a portion of my order to have a $10.00 shipping charge. So I went back in and canceled that portion of my order. It even showed that it WAS canceled. On one day it was credited on my bank but charged back on the next. I'm ending up with very little and part of that damaged and paying over $22. So I will be posting this info on FB where allot of my friends use wish to let them k ow what can happen. They convinced me to use you, but maybe they haven't looked close enough to their bank account to know what happens with you guys? [protected]

I placed an order this morning for 40 dollars and so odd cents, but I got 2 emails stating I ordered 2 rings, which I did order them along time ago and received them already. I DID NOT REORDER THEM TODAY. I want them off and the new order I placed this morning an email on that order. not the rings, didn't order twice. thank you it was through wish.com

I have tried to put an order on the website of Wish company and i got almost at the end of it, we paid with on-line banking and money were withdrew from our account but it said immediately after that there is an error and redirected me to my shopping chart, therefore not being able to finish my order.
I repeat, we checked out account and money went out but our order was not purchased. I have ordered before on this site and it worked, so i know i am suppose to get an email of confirmation and so on which we didn't.
I would like the order to be cancelled and the money returned.

I think this website should be shut down. They have one of the worst businesses whatsoever and too many negative reviews from all over the world.
I wonder how they are still operating. I myself personally know a lot of people who ordered from them (at least once) and got a terrible trash instead.

I ordered three times and my items were never delivered on time. They either rescheduled it, or just delayed, but never on time. Bad quality is another bad side. So I'm done with these guys, don't want to deal with them anymore.

Hi I made a order and when it turned up it was empty as I've tried contacting wish.com I had my account blocked 4 no reason as all i am doing is buying stuff not selling and yet I'm still down £150 with no way of contacting wish so having to go through trading standards to resolve this issue which is stupid so much for customer service and when I do email wish.com I just get the same response from them.

magnetic eyelashes and eyebrow stamp
I received my magnetic eyelashes today Nov.4, 2017 and there is only one set for one eye. I also ordered the eyebrow stamp and the powder was all crushed up and it had two left eye stamps. Luckily i had ordered two sets so i got a right eye out of the second set. The powder was not crushed in the second set. I had sent a picture and to this day have not gotten a response!Thank You!
not able to order
I have had a number of items from you that have arrived very late but that's not really my issue. You have frozen my account since I introduced mr hitchins and had used my card to set him up but you then charged all his purchases to my card so I asked you to contact him and get his card details and refund mine while charging him. Since this I am unable to order anything. I have contacted you a number of times but just get told that it's frozen from head office. Please can you rectify this problem for me?

I would like to complain about your orders and delivery.
My partner has ordered somethings from wish and something from Ebay and he has recoeved his order from ebay before he has recieved his orders from wish when he has ordered from wish before he ordered from ebay. My partners ordrers from wish state they wont be here till December wich is a long time to have to wait for an order to come. When thease orders arrive my partner will be canselling his account and will not be ordering from you again. People around this time of year may be looking to order things for their friends and family for christmas from wish but why should they when it is probably not going to arrive till after the new year also on your website it states different dates to what you put down and when you have something as Free on your website the customer still has to pay shipping wich technically means its not free at all you have also put the price of shipping and orders up onece my partners orders have arrived he will not be having another thing from wish again the delivery dates are discusing my partner has to wait till December when now its November he is having to wait a full month till he gets what he orderd this is wrong you really should improve your standards you have dissappointed me and my partner. You should wait till we get the order before taking the money especially if it is a months wait and if an item says its going to be here by a date then it shouldnt be changed.

I was patiently waiting for the free giveaway to start and when it said go I put the tablet in my cart and it was still charging me $23 and the items and not being giveaway then I went back to it and it still said that there was three tablets left and then I went back to it and it said all of them were gone. I think that was unfair and I believe I should be compensated.

double charged account with no delivery
I tried to order a pants/shirt set through the app that cost $12 then with shipping it was $18. I ordered the set anyway and clicked on my apple pay and the company charged my bank account twice immediately with two charged of $18 each. Then, wish claimed no order was ever processed. I am now trying to get in touch with someone to explain my situation but there is no way to talk to anyone but an automated machine that answers standardized questions. I am extremely irritated and if this is not resolved, I will not ever be using this company again or recommend it to anyone.

Everytime I shop online at wish.com the price comes up different than what the quote is and shipping charges come up different. If it says it's free I try to buy it but it comes up with a price and shipping is double the amount. I bought several rings that are supposed to be Sterling silver and after wearing them they turned copper that's false advertising and deceiving the public.

I have trien numerous times to make purchases through Wish.com. But am not able to becsuse the site says they need a bank statement showing i have made purchases wuth them. I dont have a statement showing this. I have been a WisWish customer for a long time. Now all of a sudden they want bank statements...theve even asked me for a picture of the front and back of my bank card . Why would anyone need a picture of this?

I have contacted wish.com to return this item for a bigger size. I have done this 3 times with no response from wish.com I will continue to register this complaint to the better business bureau. I will never order anything again. I will send this item back to wish on my own so they can credit my account for this item. If it is not done, I will file a lawsuit against them.
