Wish.coman order

To Whom It May Concern:

I'm sending this complaint in regards to an order that I placed in July 2018. At first I was able to view my order through the Wish app but for some reason I've lost the viewing capability. I ordered earrings. I can not give any tracking information cause I've lost the information. I also thought that the order should of already arrived. The funds where/have doe been removed from my checking account. All I ask is for my order to sent to me.
