My email address is [protected]@outlook. Com. For 5days I have been trying to place an order and fill a return every time I get a pop up say I have to goal to customer service. That ask for my credit card or a statement I have been send my card because it is prepaid and my photo 🆔. Then, I send an email. I havery 21 back saying your working on it but my account is still blocked. Please unblock it. I have things should have been delivered that are past due and I lost my discount because I of my account being locked. I had a notification of 10% discount that was going to be added you didn't add I gusse because my account is locked. I have been with for about 4 years gave up Top Hatteras to order from you but I'm really thinking about changing and taking my business elsewhere. Please, please fix this I am past being mad, piss off this is not the first time it's happened to me. The order for the 26 of February was a gift for my son's Birthday and they are now late. I have leggings 1 leg, longer than the other. I can do refund I get the same pop up asking for my credit card. This is bull. I want to place my order today. I am LISA GAIDOWSKI

Don't think it it because of where you live as I live in Oregon and having a horrible time with them. They also want all my info which I sent but just keep getting the same response think it's a robot. They must hire people that don't understand how to help anyone as they keep asking for the same information. . .would rather pay full price on items they deal with them. Try calling no one answers just telling you to email can understand why they can't help you in person either or they just don't care. Sorry for your problem.

I placed multiple orders on Wish. I am still waiting for items I purchased in February. Luckily, I have been refunded for most of my items as I have either not received them, product is missing from the order, or product such as clothing is wayyyyyy too small. However, there are still about ten items I have not received and want a refund for. Well Wish has restricted my account when I have followed all rules. I wait until the agreed arrival date, and if I have not confirmed it has arrived, they ask for me to wait or if I want a refund. I click refund since the agreed upon arrival date at time of purchase is past and no items received. I guess I got fairly lucky as I was refunded for the majority of my purchases before they restricted my account. Good thing is I used a prepaid credit card so im just going to withdrawal all the money off of it so they cant try to steal it. Seems like they are very similar to AliExpress I was restricted off of there for asking for refunds when I didn't receive my product also. Seems like they just think its ok to take your money. They don't even provide proper tracking.
