SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / order placed

I pushed to look inside my cart but the app didn't do that instead it sent the cart to be processed and I have been trying to cancel the order immediately after it happened but there is no way to cancel except to send emails wich I have done. i've sent numerouse emails and have heard nothing from anyone as of yet. Please cancel this order immediately. my email address is [protected]
