Wish I never received my order and I have a picture of my bank statement saying the money was taken out of my account

Attached is a picture of the order that was supppose to have been recieved by the latest march 5 th of a black waist trainer it has the order number what I paid and all the information you need the second picture is proof that the money was taken out of my account .When I try to ask why it doesn't show up in my orders it says the reason might be cause the money was not taken from my account this is not the case .I hope this is dealt with asap thank you

Wish little pet shop rare kid pets

Popular littlest pet shop rare kid cartoon cute short hair cat dog pet toy animal figure lps. This was ordered and payment for this order was removed from my credit card and I have not received it and I am also not being able too track it! I want someone to contact me about this! It was suppose to be a gift! If I continue to have issues with this sight I will stop using it!

Wish I made an order january 13th for a bathroom rug. I still haven't received it.

I am unable to use the tracking app since it is not working any more. My item was suppose to arrive feb 24th which is still way to long for an order to arrive. I cant get a person on the customer service number no one response back to emails because I get the box is full. I want my item or my money back. This is the first time and last time I will ever use wish.

Wish My order hasn't been received

I orderd 2 android boxes and never recieved them the post office claimed they delivered them but I havent receieved them this is a first for me I never not recoeved my orders so is there a way to make a claim on my items that I havent recieved if so can you please guide in the steps I need to take as a customer I would really appreciate your help in anyway thank you kenneth walker

Wish product

I haven't gotten my package that my boyfriend ordered for me two months ago I still haven't gotten anything so I still want that package I want my things my friend got there stuff so I don't understand why I still haven't gotten mines yet I should get something free no charge everything was right the address was right so I don't understand why it still hasn't came yet

I haven't gotten anything I ordered I have ordered since January still gotten nothing and I still want it and everything was correct address everything I don't know why it still hasn't came yet and all my friends stuff came but not mines so please I want my order to come I deserve that and something else with it

Wish I ordered a split ender pro and I received a pokemon ball

I just got it in the mail today March 12 and I was expecting a spit ender pro and not a Pokémon ball with Squirtle inside. I looked up the tracking number of the split endear pro I have ordered and the Pokémon ball has the tracking number under the bar code this is the first time this has happened. I would like to receive the product that I originally ordered.

Wish being overcharged

I was charged a dollar each time for my payment being declined I had the right address and everything and I was still charged for not even buying anything snd I want my 6 dollars back! I really dont want to lose something that I havent even payed for yet and am being charged for it. I really want my money back right away. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Wish I have not received my refund and it has been over 14 days

On February 25, 2017 I placed an order with wish for 5 items totaling out to $105.90 ! After withdrawing the money from my account your company put a security lock on my wish account stating that there was a security issue with my card and refused to send my items that I ordered and paid for because your company had the odasity to withdraw my money, instead of resolving the "security" issue first ! Words cannot explain how upset and fed up I am with all of this ! I was a very loyal customer and between my family and I, we have spent hundreds of dollars with wish and we enjoyed shopping with you all but this incident has caused my family and I to NEVER EVER do business with Wish again ! I pray that I do not have to take drastic legal measures and contact my lawyer in regards to this ! I have done everything on my end as far as contacting my card Handler about my refund and they continue to tell me that wish has withdrawn my money from my account but has not refunded it and it has been over 14 days and that was the time limit for your company to refund my money !
Also know that it is not the money, its the principle and the way you all handled the situation ! Extremely unprofessional!

Wish I made an order on wish and too much money was taken out

I made a order on wish and I noticed that wish took too much money out of my bank account. And I think the same thing happen with my first order. I am extremely unhappy about this because if wish keeps taking out more money than the total i'm not going to order ever again. Please help me resolve this because I would really like to know that extra money's not going to be taken away from myself or my back account every time I order from y'all. Please and thank you very much

Wish wrist watch

Hello, I ordered wrist watch a week ago via wish app. I received an email that I would get delivery till Tuesday. I haven't received any delivery yet although I had done with payment by my credit card. I already sent an email on [protected]@wish.com but I didn't get appropriate response. Wish never received the more expensive of the 2 items I ordered!

I ordered a gold painted $100 bill and a gold painted deck of playing cards. The bill came months ago and I never received the deck of cards which was much more expensive ($9) than the bill ($2.80). I gave it time thinking it may still come but months later I see that I was ripped off. After paying about $16 for my order including shipping, I received only the gold painted bill which cost $2.80. Needless to say I'm disappointed to see sooooo many identicle complaints and nothing getting resolved about this theft. You guys took my money and didn't provide the merchandise...not good business., It's also impossible to get to a person about this.

Wish my order/refunds

I have so many issues with this company. I need some assistance I have tried every means possible and have gotten no result I need for someone to either contact me or give me a telephone number where I can contact somebody to file a complaint because I have spent so much money and have received very little of the items that I have ordered and all I keep getting is that is past the 30 day window that is not my fault you guys have gotten my money and I would like to either my products or I would like my money back. The telephone number that website gives will not lead to a live representative I have sent emails I don't know what else to do
This is been an issue since going back to August of 2016 now I believe that I am do a response back that suits me.
Now the other issue at hand is that it says I'm doing refund on some of the items which should be everyone that I did not get but I have a different credit card because of some fraud issues so I need to know how to get you the correct information so that I can get my refund that is due to me please let me know as soon as possible

Wish both my account and my sons account and orders

Wish I as blocked my account from ordering and my sons account due to apparently violating customer policy... I have barely received any of my orders in full and when my son pick out his order and paid for it. They refunded it and even after giving a pictures of my debit visa and banking of when the payments came out I still get no answers about why our accounts are blocked... When asking for a refund of items because I havent received them im not getting them back... What hell do I do?

Wish they sent my stuff to the wrong address I live in wisconsin and they sent it to montana

I have tried on multiple times for them to change my address nobody gets back to me nobody gets I get nothing from nobody they had their numbers don't work they want you to go through via email and all this and I have done that and they will not change my address they will not give me a refund until after my stuff has been delivered and I don't know what to do I ordered so much stuff I want my stuff back I want my stuff or I want my money back and they will not give me a refund until the day after my stuff has already been shipped to Ballentine Montana so I don't know what to do cuz I want my stuff and it's got my a lot of stuff I have a lot of stuff but I don't know what else to do they won't change my address they won't give me no information they gave me a website to track my thing they gave me are wrong tracking number they can't track I can't track them so I don't know what to do anymore

My package was delivered to my ex's house in Indiana when I live in texas. I have ordered several items off wish before and was sent to this address. So I've already had change of address done on my account...and everything was right before I checked out and paid...which was switched out of no where. I have tried to contact someone to help me but I never get a reply. I've called the number for wish and it just says the same thing over and over, you don't get to speak to someone. I've tried to get my money back but it won't allow me to because it's already been shipped. I have another package on the way that's being sent there too and it won't let me stop it. I don't know what to do to get my packages or money. I'm very disappointed and upset with wish. I just hope that any of my info isn't on those packages because I really don't wanna deal with my crazy ex boyfriend at my door.

Wish I've forgot my password

For some unknown reason I can't get into wish account
The I've never log out of the app it's suddenly locked me out of my account
I've forgotten my password..I've tried to reset my password you sent the link to my email everytime I try to enter it says the link has expired could you please help me as I have on going transactions I need to keep up with
Ps if this reaches the wrong dept please except my apologies and could you pass it on to the correct one

Wish my order was sent to the wrong address!

I am so upset with Wish! I heard a lot about this site and was so excited to try it, but that was the biggest mistake ever!
My order was sent to the wrong address and I did not receive it and also they did not offer me a refund. I feel scammed and robbed and in my opinion that is a terrible way to do business.
That was not my fault because I gave them the correct address and I checked it several times. That was their mistake but they simply did not care and ignored my issue.
I can't believe there are people who had positive experience with Wish, because in my case everything was terrible! I will not buy from them again!

Wish a lot of problems with wish site

I have had enough with this site, so many people have recommended it to me but I have had so many troubles
I have had not just one or two, but multiple items not turn up and no refunds, and it's still going to this day. I've spent over $200 and I reckon about half of that I havnt gotten back from unrecieved items. You may not be the sellers but you are the managers of this site, correct? Wish - blocked account

I was blocked from using wish. You asked me to send in proof of recent purchase with a card that was used or the bank statement and I sent in both and you said you couldn't remove the block.??? The only explanation they gave me was their system blocked me and they cannot remove it due to policy. What the heck.??? I purchase on wish like once a week and it'...

Wish code reader

Hi, I placed an order November 27 2016 for a code reader to be mailed to me by 01-07-2017. My credit has been charged $56.00 however her we are 3 months and a bit later and I still haven't received this product. I would appreciated a credit to be put back on to my MC in good faith since I didn't receive this product. Please see bellow the information I have copied from my credit card statement.

Wish why i'm blocked

I have been blocked from wish for reasons I don't understand. My order has been stopped and not shipped. My money has not been return to my wife's debit card. We all loyal customers to shopping online we never had an issue like this please help us figure this misunderstanding out so we can continue to shop and spend our hard work money with your company.
