I have already had the exercise rewelded because it broke at the weld in two places two different times. No today while exercising my body by Jake ab and back plus broke again at a 3rd spot. I could take it apart and bring it to get welded but that's costing me more money. I thought the body by Jake machine had a lifetime warranty, but when I can I can't reach anyone.

Misleading and confusing site. The only way to actually know what your paying is to go to the confirm order page. Even if you just close the window with out confirming your order they still process the order. There is no cancel order or way to remove quantities, nothing! On the emails confirming your order they don't even provide a telephone number to call customer support. On their site is a number for service. Speaking to a supervisor Caroline, she explained to me that once you enter your info the order is processed. The confirm order button does not have to be pressed. On that page there is no way to update info or cancel the order.

Try it now for just 14.95 is not even close. More like 174.95! They don't let you know the real cost until you reach the last page in the order process which is the confirm order page. I back paged and removed the cc info and shipping address. But they still processed the order.
