I booked a one-way ticket from Doha to Jordan through the Wingee flight app and confirmed the booking on February 27th, with departure scheduled for(3/3/2026) 6:00 AM. The booking was confirmed by the company, and I received the ticket via email. However, following recent events in the Middle East, my ticket was canceled on March 2nd. I have tried contacting them through the app and private messages since then, but without any response. I also tried calling their number listed in the help section, but to no avail. I am trying to get a refund for the ticket, which they have no right to take.
Claimed loss: I demand a full refund of the ticket price, which is 142.16 EUR.
