Having contacted your on line service and being advised to contact the above branch about a fine imposed by returning to the office for a letter, stating that Mark Burgess returned to the office to retrieve his phone/wallet that he left in the office by mistake, he was relieved to find that it was where he left it.by has since received letter from parking one for £100. The employee in the office says she does not have the time to help as she had received too many requests for this small request.
Please note this is a major problem that has received numerous complaints of unfair parking fines. We do understand that there are signs written in the smallest writing warning of an early return to the parking areas within a hour but surely this is case that should receive a more sympathetic outcome.
