WildWorks review: No help

I have been trying to get access to my account on Animal Jam that is as old as the game, and they have been no help with the process. I just want my old account back. I don't want to make a new one (which I did anyway). But I have gone through the steps they needed to verify my account, and they still can't help me. I am sorry the person who made my account is dead, and you don't have a protocol for that. Maybe you can actually get a better protocol so people can access accounts they used to have, rather than them going to hackers.
