So, I bought a wig from Wig's by Patti's Pearls and boy was I disappointed. I mean, I got the wig and it was brand spanking new, still in the box with the tag on it and everything. But when I tried it on, it just wasn't what I was looking for. So, I thought, no big deal, I'll just return it and get my money back. But nope, they wouldn't let me return it. Can you believe that? I mean, what kind of business doesn't let you return something if you're not satisfied? It's like they don't care about their customers at all. So, if you're thinking about buying from Wig's by Patti's Pearls, just be warned that they don't put the customer first.

I gotta say, I'm really impressed with Wig's by Patti's Pearls. Their wigs are top-notch quality and feel just like real hair. I've bought a few wigs in my time, but this one is by far the best. The blonde color I chose is perfect for me and looks so natural.

What I love most about this wig is how soft and realistic it feels. I've worn it for hours at a time and it never gets uncomfortable or itchy like some other wigs I've tried. It's also super easy to style and maintain, which is a huge plus.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Wig's by Patti's Pearls to anyone looking for a high-quality wig that looks and feels like real hair. The price may be a bit steep, but trust me, it's worth it. You won't be disappointed!

I also noticed that their website could use a bit of an overhaul. The return policies listed on the site seem to contradict each other, which is confusing and makes it difficult to know what to expect if you need to return something. And speaking of returns, good luck with that. Patti's Pearls charges a processing fee for returns, which seems a bit steep to me.

All in all, I don't think I'll be purchasing from Patti's Pearls again. Their competitors offer free returns (including shipping) and seem to have better customer service overall. It's a shame, because I've had some good experiences with Patti's Pearls in the past, but lately it seems like they're just not putting in the effort to keep their customers happy.

To make matters worse, when I tried to show proof of purchase, I couldn't. It's just another example of how this company doesn't care about their customers and only cares about making a profit. So, if you're thinking about buying a wig from Wig's by Patti's Pearls, I would advise you to be very careful. Trust your gut and don't believe everything you hear.

I had a really bad experience with Wig's by Patti's Pearls. Their customer service was terrible. I tried to cancel a wig that was on backorder, but they had no idea when it would be available. They didn't tell me that I would lose my discount and free shipping if I still purchased the second item on my order. I talked to them yesterday and was told that I would get a full refund for the wig. However, they didn't tell me that if they shipped the hairspray, I would lose the 30% discount and have to pay shipping for the spray. They shipped it right after I got off the phone. Today, I got an email showing my credit for the wig, but instead of getting the sales price of $112.45, I only got credit for $96.62. Now, I can't cancel the hair spray because they quickly shipped it with the added fees yesterday after I cancelled the wig. The customer service representative couldn't tell me that that would happen. I'm definitely going to find a new place to buy wigs. I now have to pay $31.91 for a $22.96 can of hair spray that was supposed to be 30% off. Like someone else said, they're fine if you don't have any issues with your purchase. Cancelling a backorder that they can't give an estimated date of receiving is not like returning an item. Who wants a company to keep that amount of money charged to your credit card when you don't know when or if you will ever receive the item? Take heed and avoid this company.

I have been wearing wigs for quite some time now, and I recently decided to give Patti's Pearls a try. Unfortunately, I must say that this will be my first and last time purchasing from them. As an adult female who works as a Registered Nurse and has alopecia areata, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with their online store.

To begin with, I received my Ellen Wille wig without the small head cap and gripper headband that I had ordered. I was not informed that my order would be coming in two separate parcels, so I am left wondering if PP forgot to send me the wig grip headband and fishnet wig liner. This was quite strange and left me feeling frustrated.

Furthermore, I was shocked to find out that the wig I purchased from PP was non-returnable because the model had been discontinued. However, what was even more disturbing was that the wig had been previously worn and manipulated before I received it. As a registered nurse, I find wearing a previously worn wig disgusting and unhygienic.

There were several indications that the wig had been worn before:
- The zig-zag part, which I was told not to straighten, had been straightened.
- The Ellen Wille tag was not attached to the wig.
- The wig was not secured in its Ellen Wille box.
- The wig did not come wrapped in its usual Ellen Wille netting.
- The wig did not come with any tissue paper in the cap of the wig to give it some support.
- As someone who only wears Ellen Wille wigs, I know how they are supposed to arrive when new, and this was not it.
- The lace front appeared to have been manipulated in places.
- The wig cap (inside of the wig) had a strong smell of body oils/sweat, which was absolutely disgusting.

I am extremely disappointed with Patti's Pearls for selling a used wig as a new one. This is not acceptable, and I am considering reporting this to their state's health department. As a registered nurse, I know that this is against some kind of state or federal law for PP to sell a used wig without the customer's knowledge and approval.

In the past, I have always purchased my wigs from Wig Studio 1 without any issues. Patti's Pearls should be ashamed of themselves for selling an obviously used wig as new. I would not recommend them to anyone.
