We purchased a new vinyl screen door in September 2023 from Whites Aluminum Co. On December 23, 2025 we were sitting in our laini and I noticed a little spot on our bottom panel that came out of the door. I called the company as was told there would be a $200.00 service call fee. I was surprised at that. They did not offer another place that could fix this little repair as the noted they only sell products. I informed them I would not purchase any product from or would I recommend them. I was very dissappointed in them.

Claimed loss: will call someone to repair this no outcome.

Desired outcome: we will get it fixed
