insurance in conjunction with revolut card
Hi,
I kindly ask you to rename White Horse insurance to White Hell insurance as it doesn't deserves anything human.
Revolut offers its insurance via WH. Revolut claims that its a revolutionary product that knows where you have travelled and for how long. Reality is the following : you have to prove WH that you have travelled to this country and provide all possible receipts (air tickets, hotel bookings and even border security stamps if applicable).
Any simple claim is a nightmare with WH
Avoid this Hell under any circumstances.
Desired outcome: close down this company

Lost of phone
I phoned up my travel insurance company to chase my claim, they told me that my claim may be denied as I did not report it in 24 hours.
I receive a call today that my claim has been accepted as I had a police report as I was told would be fine.
Now they are saying that they will only insure £250 as for any single item claimed the maximum they will give me is £250, the lady was rude and seems like they are trying to do anything to not pay me the full amount I am claiming for.
White Horse Insurance is SCAMERS! It's normal you had such an experience... :(
Stay away from this one
