I went drive thru on 9/11/19 at 8:26pm oder#501936 and waited awhile. I didnt know why I had to wait in drive thru for. I was the only one at time I ordered. I drive a blue ford windstar van. You can check the cameras yourself. Im upset because I thought they were making fresh fries or something but nope. The fries I got to my meals were so hard you couldnt even eat them. I didnt pay almost $20 bucks and waited long just for this crap! My child hurt her tooth. To top it off they put tomato and lettuce on my burger when I only said cheese, mayo pickle and toasted buns. I dont know if you record people when they order in the drive thru intercom but if you dont you should cause they always get it wrong. When I order onion rings I wind up with onions in my burger. I come here alot and have had issues before. I had to contact corporate before but you need put a better speaker on intercom or something. Plus make fresh fries and correct orders. They dont repeat it back. Plus make sure cooks get it right too. Thanks

    Why not get off your keister and order inside? They seem to have a problem understanding you yet you continue to use the speaker.

    With an order like that you should have gone inside. Your kid hurt her tooth because you feed her crap hella late at night.
