I guessed the password of my former room mate, went into her account, unblocked my user name and sent my username a friends invite. WGT disabled her account. I admitted to her what I had done and emailed WGT admitting what I had done. They rightly closed my account but are refusing to reinstate my former roommates account. I now live 5000 miles away - in another country. I have sent them my drivers license for USA showing my old address (that of former room mate also) and my UK license showing where I now live. My former room mate has also sent them her license to show that we are indeed two different people. The last email she had from them asked how she knew her account had been hacked!. I have admitted it several times to them but they are intransigent in their emails and will not admit that an error, nay, and injustice has occurred and both accounts remain disabled. My username was lindseyak. My former room mates username is sweetvidalia. I would like WGT to reinstate the account of sweetvidalia as she was completely innocent of any wrongdoing and has never had multiple accounts. She like myself spent hundreds of dollars over the years on equipment and golf balls etc, I accept losing my account but she does not deserve to lose her account.

I too have been disabled, for no reason... credit balance and so forth.

Hi digbysellers at royal leigh g.c. sadly I am in this category of disabled account members... and have no idea why, have tried all the advised solutions with no response from wgt customer services, I attempted to make contact with them by creating another login via fbook, but now they claim I have multiple accounts which is not allowed...!
Sadly looks like the end of my 6 year membership and my credit balance..!
