Westside Auto Pros - It was pretty bad

It was pretty bad. The repair I asked for an estimate was 350 dollars more expensive than the dealer itself. And, that was after the Costco discount 15%. That is because the repair shop is a Costco members discount program. When I said, well, this is higher than the dealer to the advisor, the response was: Well, get me a written quote, and I will see what I can do the beat it. At that point forward, why even bother. Trust is long gone.

Westside Auto Pros - On Dec. 6th, I had my Infinity towed here 'cause it wouldn't start

On Dec. 6th, I had my Infinity towed here 'cause it wouldn't start. After they did a diagnosis, they recommended (starting with) the Steering lock module which would cost $2986.29 for parts and labor. They also mentioned that I might need the body control module, which would cost even more. After 8 days of my car not being fixed, I felt like they were messing with me and boy, was I frustrated. So, I decided to look into what the P1610 code they gave me really meant. To make a long story short, the next morning (9th day), I went back there and showed them the definition of the code and how to fix the problem. But they still insisted that I needed the Steering lock module for $2986. At that point, I had enough and asked them to tow my car to the dealership, which cost me $100. During this whole ordeal, I had to rely on a rental car, which they provided for the first two days. They said they would cover the last two days of the nine days, but when I told them I didn't want them to fix my car, they called the rental car company and said they wouldn't pay for any of the days! Needless to say, I had to pay $62.00 per day for 9 days! Finally, I got a call back from the dealership within two hours of them having my car. They had to put everything back together after what Westside had done and guess what? The only thing that was wrong was a bad negative terminal to the battery, which cost $250! Westside Auto Pros are definitely not pros at all. They're just money-hungry crooks and not worth a ***! If you're not careful, they'll take advantage of you. Trust me, I know. Because of their incompetence, I had to pay $316.00 for the wrong diagnosis, $100 for towing, and $558 for the car rental. I think what they did to me with the car rental was wrong and frankly, cruel! Unfortunately, because of what they've done, there will be fewer presents under the tree for my granddaughter, whom I raise on a bartender's pay!

Westside Auto Pros I think it's kinda funny that Kasie N

I think it's kinda funny that Kasie N., in her review down there, got a response from the owner, Ron ***. On July 6, I sent a fancy registered letter to the new owner, ***, telling him about my worries with the repairs on my ride. He got the letter and even signed for it at 9:56 am on July 8. But guess what? It's July 15 now and I still haven't heard back from Mr.. Like, seriously? Does Westside only answer when people say nice things? Don't they care about real concerns?
