saying that they have a policy against negative reviews. I was shocked and disappointed by this policy. However, I decided to take down my review because my dog's health was more important to me. The surgery went well and my dog is now recovering. Overall, the clinic has good veterinarians and staff, but their policy on negative reviews is concerning.
