Foco Foco Review: Cool Gear, But Not Worth the Hassle

I gotta say, Foco's got some pretty sweet gear. But let me tell you, my first order was a bit of a mess. The patch on my hat was all crooked and wonky. I tried to return it, but man, it was like pulling teeth. I had to go through this whole rigmarole with like five different people all copied on the email. And then they wanted me to send in a photo before they'd even consider taking it back.

But, you know, I'm not one to give up easily. So I decided to give 'em another shot. And wouldn't you know it, this time an item was missing from my order. I mean, come on! They sent me a photo saying it was delivered, but there was no way that was true. Two items were there, but the third was nowhere to be found. And let me tell you, trying to get in touch with these guys was like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

So, all in all, I gotta say, don't waste your time with Foco. Sure, they've got some cool stuff, but it's just not worth the hassle.

Foco Warning: Terrible Experience with Foco - Order Never Arrived!

I'm warning you, don't order from Foco, it takes forever to get your stuff. I'm so mad right now, I ordered some NFL team Crocs for my hubby on December 5th, and it's already December 23rd and I still haven't gotten them. And to make matters worse, UPS isn't giving me any updates on when they'll arrive. They said it would be here on the 19th and then the 20th, but still no delivery date. And don't even get me started on the storm, that's not an excuse. I mean, come on, I ordered these Crocs on December 5th! I'm never ordering from Foco again. Never.

Foco Disappointing Purchase: My Experience with the Big Logo Light Up Beanie from Foco.com

So, I was really excited to get myself a "Big logo light up beanie" of my favorite football team from Foco.com. But when it arrived in the mail, I have to say I was pretty disappointed. I mean, it's not terrible, but it's definitely not what I was expecting.

First of all, the material is pretty cheap and thin. I was hoping for something a little more substantial, especially given the price. And yeah, there are some lights on it, but definitely not as many as in the picture on the website. I mean, it looks okay, but honestly it's not much different than any other light-up beanie I've seen.

And then there's the logo. It's definitely not the high-quality, professional-looking emblem I was hoping for. In fact, it looks like one of those cheap iron-on transfers you can find at a craft store. I mean, I guess it's better than nothing, but it's not great.

And don't even get me started on the reviews. I tried to leave my own honest feedback on the website, but it was instantly deleted. And when I looked at the other reviews, it was pretty obvious that something fishy was going on. I mean, it's great if people really do love their Foco gear, but it seems a little too good to be true when all the reviews are broken English and almost exactly the same.

All in all, I'd say I was pretty disappointed with my Foco purchase. Maybe I just had my expectations set too high, but to me it feels like I paid too much for something that wasn't quite what I was hoping for.

Foco Foco (foco.com) Review: Unreliable Shipping and Poor Customer Service

Foco (foco.com) is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. They claim to have items in stock, but that is far from the truth. Their shipping is also not as quick as they claim. It took an eternity for me to receive the item I purchased.

Their customer service is not much better. They blame delays on things beyond their control, but it seems like they do not make much of an effort to rectify any issue.

Honestly, I would not trust Foco with my hard-earned cash. It would be better to buy from someone on the street than to order from them. However, one thing that I will say in their favor is that they do offer refunds. This is why I am rating them with one star.

In conclusion, if you are looking for a reliable company that will deliver your order on time, Foco is not the right option. Save yourself the trouble and disappointment and just go somewhere else.

Foco Terrible Experience with Foco Rental - Reservation Issues, Language Barrier & Lack of Assistance

Man, let me tell you 'bout my experience with Foco. First off, I got there to pick up my wheels and they weren't ready for me. Like, what's the point of a reservation if my ride ain't even there? And then, get this, the workers asked me to write a good review right then and there! Like, I ain't even had a chance to drive the dang thing yet. Ain't nobody there speakin' good English either, so it was tough to communicate.
But here's the real kicker - when I had a problem and needed help, ain't nobody lendin' a hand. I tried to extend my rental for a few extra days and they could see it on their computer and all, but they still wouldn't help me out. So if you're thinkin' 'bout savin' some cash and goin' with Foco, I say nah man, run the other way.

Foco Zero Stars: Delayed Order and Poor Communication from Vendor

I made an order on 11/1 and it ain't come yet. I hit them up in an email, they said they gonna send it again but ain't got no confirmation to track it. I hit them up today, and now they saying they only just shipped it out. This ain't right, this is real sad. Maybe it'll show up after the holidays, who knows, but right now I'm feeling real unsatisfied. They took my money quick though, I tell you that. Right now, I gotta give them zero stars.

Foco Foco Blocks Review: Defective Product, Refusal of Replacement, and Censorship of Negative Reviews

So, I bought these Foco blocks from some other guy who was selling them. And boy, was I disappointed! The blocks were defective and had missing pieces, like, seriously, it was a chaotic mess. It was like all the blocks were having their own beach party and I wasn't invited. The thing was completely unusable. So, I went back to Foco and asked for a replacement or a refund. But guess what? They refused to do both and offered me a gift card for something else. Like, why can't they just give me what I want? Why do I have to deal with this tomfoolery?

I even complained to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and you won't believe it, but Foco got an F rating. F, as in "fuhgeddaboudit". Like, how incompetent do you have to be to get such a lousy rating? And wait, it gets worse. They are now censoring my negative reviews on their website. I mean, come on now. Is that really how you treat your customers?

Overall, my experience with Foco has been a real downer. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Foco Not worth it: My Experience with FOCO's Poor Customer Service and High Prices

FOCO, let me tell ya, they ain't the best when it comes to treatin' their customers right. They ain't got no wiggle room with orders, so ya better be careful if ya decide to buy somethin' from 'em. Their products do look pretty good, but they come with a hefty price tag. Tryna get in touch with someone in Customer Service is like tryna find a needle in a haystack. And let me tell ya, when ya do finally get in touch with 'em about a problem, they just give ya some excuse about Company policy. It's like they don't even care about makin' things right. Me, personally, I ain't gonna work with 'em no more. I heard they s'posedly got headquarters in America, but they really a Chinese company and they don't treat their customers fair, not one bit. Stay away if ya can help it.

Foco Foco Review: A Complete Disaster, Never Again!

NEVER AGAIN!
This company is a complete disaster! I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was with Foco. I made the mistake of placing an order for a birthday gift and paid an extra $35 to expedite the shipping so that I would be sure that it would arrive in time. I even had the foresight to send an email to the company to confirm that it would reach me in time for the big day. Everything seemed okay until about 6 PM on the date of delivery when I noticed that the tracking for my package had been cancelled by sender. You can only imagine my disappointment when I discovered that I would not be receiving my order. So sad and frustrating!

I was hoping that a company that claims to have a "world-class shipping experience" would live up to their promise, but no! My experience with Foco was anything but world-class. I spent the entire day waiting anxiously for my package only to have my hopes dashed at the end. It was definitely not worth the extra money that I paid to have it delivered on time. And to add insult to injury, I had to dispute the order with my credit card company. What a hassle!

Honestly, I am warning you to not waste your time or money with Foco. They only deliver disappointment and frustration. You will not be satisfied with their services. It would be best to look for other companies that meet the basic needs of their customers without making you regret your choice. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, don't make the same mistake I made.

Foco Terrible experience with Foco - Avoid this shady company at all costs!

Do not, I repeat, do not even think about ordering from Foco. They are the worst company in the game. I tried to order from them again and as soon as I realized it was them, I pulled the rip cord on my order. But of course, they didn't make it easy for me. They took two whole days to respond to my cancellation request. And then, they had the nerve to tell me it was too late because they had already processed my order. Can you believe that? They processed an order that they didn't even box up yet! These guys are shadier than a palm tree on a cloudy day. If they aren't being dishonest, then I don't know what is.

Foco Beware of Foco: Missing Items and Poor Communication!

Don't waste your time ordering from Foco! Recently, I preordered some family PJs from Foco about a month in advance of when they were supposed to become available. When my order finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed when I realized that I only received a portion of my purchase. I found out that they had already run out of stock, and while they could have informed me in advance of the stock shortage, they didn't bother to communicate with me at all!

I was heartbroken because these family PJs were supposed to be a special Christmas surprise for my family to wear on Christmas day. Since I was missing some of the items, it kind of ruined the whole point of the gift, so I decided to return everything. To my dismay, I found out that I would have to pay for the shipping in order to return these items that weren't my fault to begin with.

If you're looking for a better site to make your purchases from, take my advice and order from Fanatics instead. They have a great selection, free returns, AND free shipping! Plus, you can earn Fancash to use towards future purchases--something that Foco definitely doesn't offer. Save yourself the headache and order from a trustworthy site like Fanatics.

Foco FOCO Review: Poor Customer Service, Overpriced Shipping, and No Military Discount

FOCO ain't the best company to be dealing with. Seems like they don't care about taking care of their customers. Every time I reach out to them, all I get back is a big old "can't do that" or a "nope". And don't even get me started on their shipping prices, they way overcharge. Plus, they use the slowest shipping service known to man, FedEx Smartpost. It's a straight up joke.

I served my country, man. And you know what burns me up? None of the stuff I wanna buy ever seems to qualify for the military discount. That's messed up.

I've also had items I've ordered just up and cancelled cuz they sold out or whatever. And if you're thinking of calling them to ask wtf, good luck with that. They never pick up.

Honestly, I'd recommend steering clear of this company. Ain't worth the headache.

Foco Disappointed with Foco.com: Slow Shipping and Wrong Item Received

I am not a happy camper right now. I gotta say, I will not be recommending Foco.com anytime soon. I had major issues with my order. It took FOREVER for my stuff to arrive- like, more than two weeks. I mean, come on! I even had to send TWO emails asking for shipping info before I got any kind of update. And guess what? When my package finally did show up, it was the WRONG ITEM. Ugh, I was so disappointed. My sister had specifically asked for a headband from this site as her Christmas gift, and you guys messed it up.

I requested a refund and asked for a shipping ticket to send the wrong item back, but guess what? NO RESPONSE. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. I mean, seriously, Foco? This is how you treat your customers? I am beyond frustrated. I thought maybe the holiday shipping rush was to blame, but it's been weeks since I heard anything from them.

Honestly, it's too bad because Foco has some really cool stuff on their site. But their terrible customer service and slow shipping makes it not worth it. I won't be taking my chances with them again- I'll be finding somewhere else to shop. I just hope others don't make the same mistake I did.
