I mean, come on, I shouldn't have to jump through so many hoops just to get my problem fixed, right? Anyway, I made it clear that I wasn't going to let the matter drop and that's when I finally received a reply from them. They promised me a refund and I have to say, it was a speedy reply.

Now, don't get me wrong, the service was still dire and I shouldn't have had to go through all of this just to get my money back. But, I am happy to report that the money owed has been replaced in my bank account. So, I guess I'll give them 3 stars for finally resolving my issue.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend WebMinds to anyone. Their service is terrible and it's just not worth the hassle. But, if you do happen to have an issue with them, just be persistent and don't let them get away with it. Eventually, they'll have to do the right thing and fix the problem.
