After weeks of complaining, we had to use a different hosting company to purchase the. Com domain and new hosting.

Web-mania has kept the money and does not respond to emails. We are still trying to get our. co.uk domain from them, and we have informed Nominet. It is a frustrating experience dealing with this company, and we would not recommend them to anyone. They are not reliable, and they do not provide the services that they promise.
