On March 5, 2025, my “Onboarding Call” with “Princess” was conducted.
On that date, after declining their monthly service and accepted their offer to produce Fifteen (15) pieces of content to be posted on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for four (4) months on the followings Platforms for a total of $260.00:-

On March 10,, 2025, I received the “content” from my “Team”. After reviewing the content, I discovered multiple errors, one being my website address the other issues were the inferiority in the quality of work delivered.
I immediately responded to “Web Dynamics” with corrections along with my comments.
Their response was that the corrections would be made and redelivered to me.

On March 16, 2025, after completing my review of the “revised content”, I replied:
Good Evening, Gabriel,
I have reviewed that ads and NONE of the changes I requested have been implemented.
It is apparent that your company has no intention of making the changes as instructed. In addition, there is no originality with the work done. Everything is all AI generated. I can do that myself!
At this point, I am requesting a FULL refund. I will be contacting my bank regarding the transaction as well.
I don't have any time to waste with you jokers!
On March 18, 2025, I received the following email from Web Dynamics:

Thank you for your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment our work has caused. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and I take full responsibility for the oversight in implementing your requested changes and for the lack of originality in the content.
Your concerns are valid, and we are committed to addressing them immediately. To ensure we align with your vision, we’d like to schedule a dedicated content call with our creators to collaborate closely on revisions. Our team will prioritize your project personally, focusing on originality and creativity that meets your standards.
While I understand your request for a refund, I kindly ask for an opportunity to resolve this matter first. We value your partnership and want to make this right. Please let me know your availability for a call this week, and I will ensure the team is prepared to act swiftly on your feedback.

On March 20, 2025, I responded:
Good Afternoon, Gabriel,
I do not wish to conduct any business with your company at this time. The experience has not been good and the frustration of going back and forth is too much.
I am, therefore requesting a FULL refund at this time.
On March 25, 2025 I had a call with Gabriel to discuss the corrections and changes to be made.
I received No communication up to April 7, 2025 and I decided to call and AGAIN, request a full refund.
I received the following email:

On April 10, 2025, there was still no refund, so, at 1:41 p.m. (EST), I called and left a message with my telephone number to be called back.
At 5:42 p.m. (EST), I received a call from “K”. I told him that I have not received my refund as stated on April 7, 2025.
His response to me was that they will complete the revisions ASAP. I told him that I did NOT want to continue to use their services, I do not like being held hostage and forced to do business with their company against my wishes. I added that I just need to part ways with his company. He refused and insisted that the revisions were going to be made and sent to me.
After that phone call, I researched “Web Dynamics” reviews online and discovered numerous complaints and that others have had similar negative experiences with them.
I then decided to submit my own complaint. No one should do business with them. They are nothing but scammers!
Claimed loss: $260.00
Desired outcome: Full refund from Web Dynamics.
