Wawanesa Insurance review: Charges made by Wawanesa

I have been with Wawanesa for 35 years without a claim or missed payment. I recently realized I was being overwhelming overcharged by 3 times the amount I should be. My house insurance was now over $1,000 per month for a basic 2100 sq ft home. The rates increased over a 6 year period with the latest being as much as $200 month to get to this point. When I tried to talk to the broker in Nov. 2025 I got nowhere so I then cancelled my policy to only have them withdraw an even larger payment in Dec 2025 after cancellation was complete.
