I been waiting for my order from Stunring Jewelry for a whole month now and still haven't received it. I tried to contact their customer service, but they took a long time to reply and when they finally did, they didn't help me at all. After a month of trying to get in touch with them, they just stopped responding to me altogether. I'm pretty sure this is a scam, so I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

So, I bought a ring from Stunring Jewelry and when I got it, it was not what I was expecting. I mean, it looked nothing like the pictures they had on their website. I was so disappointed! I contacted their customer service and asked for a refund. They said they would give me a refund, but they wouldn't give me back $10 because they said there was nothing wrong with the product. I mean, come on! Look at the pictures! It's obvious that the ring I got was not the same as the one they advertised.

However, I just heard back from PayPal, and I won the dispute. I'm getting my money back. If you're having trouble with Stunring, don't give up. Go after them and get your money back. It will show PayPal that I'm not the only one who had trouble with them.

However, after a full month of waiting and sending 5 emails back and forth, I was informed that my ring hadn't even been made yet. But boy, was I in for a surprise. It took a whopping 21 days just to process my order, and then another 20 days to ship it out. That's a grand total of 41 days! By the time my package finally arrived, I had already missed my big event.

I reached out to the company to see if I could return my order, but they were not helpful at all. They knew that their website had the wrong shipping times listed, but they didn't seem to care that it messed up my plans. They wouldn't even give me a return label, which is just ridiculous. The cost to ship something back to China is outrageous, and on top of that, they charge their own fees.

Overall, I would not recommend Stunring Jewelry. Their shipping times are way off, and they don't seem to care about their customers' satisfaction. I won't be ordering from them again, that's for sure.
