WATCH Communications review: Highly disappointed after 10 months of service.

One of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of using. At no point in the 10+ months of using Watch communications internet service have I had reliable service. They will not allow you to use your own router, set your own network name, or change your own password. The router provided will likely also be ancient and poor quality. Their online ticketing system is broken and does nothing. Their support line routinely takes 90+ minutes to get ahold of someone, and there is a 90% chance the support can do nothing. The shortest time to get someone on the line was 45 minutes, and the longest was 3+ hours. The actual support staff are nice, but theyre clearly overworked and undertrained. Most likely they will create an internal ticket you will never hear about again. In May 2026 I had no internet service for 30 days, the whole month of May. At no point did anyone reach out to me, or attempt to proactively assist me. The service will routinely go out for anywhere between 30 minutes and 10 hours if it decides to come back on. However they will gladly take your money and be sure to let you know when thats due. They will say you will get a bill credit for the poor service. That is a lie, and you will receive nothing. Their prices are also high compared to other providers, which they know. I pay 90$ currently for the 500 mgbs plan, which is often 0 mgbs because its broken. They rely on the fact they are the sole providers in multiple areas to make any money. If you have ANY other options for service I implore you to use them. Spectrum, AT&T, fast carrier pigeon, anything is better than Watch communications. 0/5 stars, avoid at any cost if possible.
