WATCH Communications review: Phone service(VOIP)

I have not had Phone service since 9-8. Called finally got someone on sales line to pick up and They helped the best they could. Generated a ticket, #00091878. Called again 9-14, on hold 50 min on tech line. gave up. called again 9-16 on hold forever again then gave up. Called again 9-23. on hold on tech line 30 min. Called again same day to customer service 15 min. then called sale again to be told a manager would call me back, I left my cell number. Never heard back. Called several other times to just be left on hold forever. was told one other time a manager would call me again. NEVER heard from anyone! Finnally had enough and switched my internet and home phone to other provider. Now they can not port my number from Watch. Called and was told that watch does not lock the number from porting and pin should be by default 0000 or 1234. neither work for new provider. I need a pin from Watch so I can keep my number and have a working home phone.
